EFEKTIVITAS FUNGSI DIRECTING DIKANTOR CAMAT KUANTAN HILIR SEBERANG KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was carried out at the Kuantan Hilir Seberang Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how effective the directing function is at the Kuantan Hilir Seberang Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how effective the directing function is at the Kuantan Hilir Seberang Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The author used a sampling technique for this research using 8 research informants, namely saturated sampling, namely a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. The data management and data analysis method used in this research is qualitative analysis, namely analyzing data obtained from interviews, then reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research can be concluded that the effectiveness of the directing function at the Kuantan Hilir Seberang Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency is not yet effective. This can be seen from the results of interviews with informants in the field which show that the effectiveness of the Directing Function at the Kuantan Hilir Seberang Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency is not running well.
