EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN KARTU TANDA PENDUDUK ELEKTRONIK ( KTP-EL ) PADA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
This research was conducted at the population and civil registration service of Kuantan Singingi district. The aim is to find out how effective the KTP-el service is at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Kuantan Regency. Researchers found problems such as an unstable network, lack of facilities and infrastructure for KTP-el printing, and minimal blanks which slowed down the recording process. This research includes a type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation methods and can then be analyzed based on the results in the field at the Kuantan Singingi district population and civil registration service. It is hoped that this research will become a basis for the birth of quality KTP-el services that are fast, precise, accurate, effective and of high quality with an orientation towards the community. Based on the results of field research on the effectiveness of the electronic identity card (KTP-el) service at the Kuantan Singingi Regency population and civil registration service, it is good.
