Abstract

This research is based on the lack of optimal management of the Village Information System in Rawang Binjai Village so that village data and services are carried out offline without an application or website. This study aims to find out the implementation of Regent Regulation Number 57 of 2017 concerning Village Information Systems in Rawang Binjai Village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency and to find out the factors that hinder the implementation of Regent Regulation Number 57 of 2017 concerning Village Information Systems in Rawang Binjai village. The theories used are state administration theory, policy implementation theory, e-government theory, information technology system theory, and village government administration theory.

            Using 2 indicators, namely the main device and the supporting device. After all the data has been analyzed with quantitative and qualitative research, with the method of collecting questionnaire data, interviews, observations, and documentation studies, the results of the research on the Implementation of Regent Regulation Number 57 of 2017 concerning the Village Information System in Rawang Binjai Village are quite good and included in the "Sufficiently Implemented" Category.
