ANALISIS INDEKS KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI KANTOR DESA KOTO TALUK KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Koto Taluk Village Office, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction of the Koto Taluk community with services at the Koto Taluk Village Office, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population and sample in this study were the community in Koto Taluk Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research approach used in this study was a survey research method with a descriptive level and used quantitative analysis with a sampling technique, namely the proportional random sampling technique. In data collection, primary data and secondary data are used by means of observation, questionnaires, and documentation.               The population in this study was the people of Koto Taluk Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency with 1.685 respondents and researchers took a sample of 94 people.               Then the results of this study are the Analysis of the Community Satisfaction Index at the Koto Taluk Village Office, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Baik Regency
