ANALISIS PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN PADA KANTOR CAMAT KUANTAN HILIR KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI TAHUN ANGGARAN 2020-2023

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kuantan Hilir Sub-district Office located in Pasar baru Baserah Village, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study aims to determine whether the preparation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget at the Kuantan Hilir Sub-district Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 77 of 2020. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this study are secondary data where secondary data is by going directly to the field which is carried out at the Kuantan Hilir Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency, and primary data is data obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation.

The results of the study concluded that the budget preparation process at the KuantanHilir Sub-district Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency was in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 77 of 2020. In Determining Planning Guidelines, Budget Preparation, Budget Determination and Budget Implementation, it has been carried out properly.
