PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF KUANTAN MUDIK DISTRICT GOVERNMENT KUANTAN SINGINGI REGENCY IN IMPLEMENTING THE COMMUNITY ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM IN 2024

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Kuantan Mudik District Government in implementing the Community Economic Empowerment Program in 2024, with a focus on the implementation of the food security program as one form of economic empowerment. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and direct observation of district officials. The analysis focuses on three main indicators: motivation, competence, and environment. The results of the study indicate that the district officials have high motivation and work commitment, as reflected in the routine monitoring and evaluation of the program. The analysis shows that the performance of the Kuantan Mudik District Government is considered fairly good.
