ANALISIS KESIAPAN PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DALAM PELAYANAN SURAT TANAH DI KANTOR CAMAT INUMAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
The development of information technology has opened up significant opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of public services. The government is required to utilize information technology to provide faster, more transparent, and accountable services. This study aims to determine how information technology is utilized in public services at the Inuman District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study is expected to contribute to the development of technology-based public service systems at the district level and serve as a reference for local governments in improving the effectiveness of public services.
