IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PADAT KARYA TUNAI DESA DI DESA TITIAN MODANG KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Cash-Intensive Labor Program in Titian Modang Village. Cash-Intensive Labor is a productive community empowerment activity, particularly for the poor and marginalized, that prioritizes the use of local resources, labor, and technology to provide additional wages/income, reduce poverty, and improve public welfare. Qualitative descriptive research is a research method that explains field findings without requiring hypotheses. Theoretical foundations are used as a guide to ensure the research focus aligns with the facts on the ground. The research location was Titian Modang Village. Based on field research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Cash-Intensive Labor Program in Titian Modang Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been successfully implemented.
