PERAN BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA (BPD) DALAM PEMBENTUKAN PERATURAN DESA DI DESA MUNSALO KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The Village Consultative Body (BPD) is an institution that embodies democracy in the implementation of village government. The Village Consultative Body (BPD) also has a main task, namely organizing village deliberations (musdes) with participants from the village head, village officials and community leaders, then the task of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) is to accommodate and channel community aspirations. The purpose of this study was to determine the Role of the Village Consultative Body in the Formation of Village Regulations in Munsalo Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Regency. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are more on observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses data collection steps, data analysis and drawing conclusions. The study was conducted in Munsalo Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results of this study illustrate that the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Munsalo Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has played a sufficient role, but there have been no Village regulations made by the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Munsalo Village.
