EVALUASI PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN (PKH) DALAM PENANGGULANGAN KEMISKINAN DI DESA GERINGGING BARU KECAMATAN SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional direct cash assistance program given to poor families in Indonesia. PΚΗ functions as one of the safety net programs for the poor to be protected from possible crisis conditions. PKH is an effort directed at the formation and human resources focusing on aspects of education, health and social welfare. This research was conducted in Geringging Baru Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out how to evaluate the Family Hope Program (PKH) in overcoming poverty in Geringging Baru Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to evaluate the Family Hope Program (PKH) in overcoming poverty in Geringging Baru Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research indicators used include, effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsiveness, alignment, and accuracy. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive, which is trying to provide an overview of a phenomenon with data in the form of existing numbers regarding the problem being studied, namely the Evaluation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in poverty alleviation in Geringging Baru Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Explain the existing data systematically based on visible facts so as to provide a general overview of the variables being studied. Based on the results of the research on the Evaluation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Poverty Alleviation in Geringging Baru Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, It Is Good Enough, with the overall value of the indicator getting an average value of 3.67 means that it is on the interval scale quite good. This is because of the 6 indicators used in this study, namely, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Leveling, Responsiveness, and Accuracy show that all indicators are quite good.
