Abstract

This research was conducted in Munsalo Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Leadership of the Official (PJ) of the Head of Munsalo Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the Leadership of the Official (PJ) of the Head of Munsalo Village, Kuantan Tengan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, which tries to provide a precise description and explanation of the problem being studied, namely the leadership of the Official (PJ) of the Head of Munsalo Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Explaining the existing data systematically based on the facts that appear or as they are so as to provide an objective picture of the actual condition of the object being studied. Based on the results of field research regarding the Leadership of the Official (PJ) of the Head of Munsalo Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, the researcher concluded that the Leadership of the Official (PJ) of the Head of Munsalo Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is quite good.
