IMPLEMENTASI ELEKTRONIK KINERJA PADA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
The research was carried out at the office of the education and training authorities of the district of Kuantan Singingi. The aim of this research is to find out whether the application of E-Performance has been properly implemend or has not been used in the education and training agencies of the District of Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, as the central authority that manages the application. The analysis used in this research was a qualitative method that were the data collected was analyzed by describing and linking theories according to existing problems, then interpreted on the relevant result and conclusion drawn and given advice. While the population in this study were all employess of the Regional Revenue Service plus several taxpayers with the sampling technique used random sampling. While the data collection technique in this study were observation, interview and documentation. Based on the result of research on the implementation of Personnel Agency, it has not been implemented well.
