IMPLEMENTASI TUGAS POKOK DAN FUNGSI DINAS TENAGA KERJA DALAM MENGATASI PENGANGGURAN DI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI (STUDI KASUS DI KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH)

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Implementation of the Main Tasks and Functions of the Manpower Office in Overcoming Unemployment in Kuantan Regency Singing Case Study in Central Kuantan District. For that, the regent's regulation of 10th year 2022 was made regarding the position, organizational structure, duties and functions as well as the working procedures of the Manpower Service. This regulation is an effort to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of tasks in the field of employment in the Kuantan Singingi Regency. The main focus of the research is to assess the extent to which the implementation of this regulation can improve the organizational structure, performance, and service to the community, especially in managing employment issues and reducing unemployment and opening jobs in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method used is a mix method, which is a combined research method between qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of research on the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the Manpower Office in overcoming unemployment in Kuantan Singingi Regency, especially in Central Kuantan District, it can be concluded that the program has been sufficiently implemented. Success can be seen from job training that improves the skills of job seekers, allowing them to compete in the job market and open independent businesses.
