IMPLEMENTASI ETIKA PELAYANAN PADA KANTOR CAMAT SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI.
Abstract
The ethics of government is often questioned whenever there is dissatisfaction with the services provided by the government to the public. Issues arise among the community as users of the services. The purpose of this study is to understand the implementation of service ethics at the Sentajo Raya sub-district office in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The implementation of service ethics by government officials will have direct implications on governance. The research was conducted at the Sentajo Raya sub-district office in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method used is qualitative research, with data collection techniques including interviews and observations, supported by documentation. Based on the research results, it is found that the implementation of service ethics at the Sentajo Raya sub-district office in Kuantan Singingi Regency has been carried out well, but it only needs improvement and should always adhere to established guidelines.
