ANALISIS PROSEDUR PENGURUSAN SURAT IZIN MENGEMUDI PADA SATUAN LALU LINTAS POLISI RESOR KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The issuance of a Driver's License (SIM) is a mandatory procedure for every motorist as proof of legality and competence in driving. The service of making a Driver's License (SIM) is one of the important basic administrative services. With a Driver's License (SIM), a person already has rights and obligations in driving a motor vehicle. The procedure for making a driver's license (driver's license) is carried out based on and in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 09 of 2012 concerning Driver's Licenses. Service for Making Driver's Licenses (Driver's Licenses) in the Kuantan Singingi Police Satlantas in accordance with the Regulation of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia Number 09 concerning Driver's Licenses. The purpose of this study is to find out the Procedure for Making Driving Licenses at the Kuantan Singingi Regency Resort Police Traffic Unit. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques are used more in observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research on the Analysis of the Procedure for Making Driving Licenses at the Kuantan Singingi Regency Resort Police Traffic Unit, it has been well created.
