IMPLEMENTASI PENGGELOLAAN DANA DESA TAHUN 2024 DI DESA RAWANG BINJAI KECAMATAN PANGEAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of village fund management in Rawang Binjai Village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The village funds, allocated by the central government, are intended to accelerate rural development and improve community welfare. However, the implementation still faces various challenges, such as limited understanding of regulations among village officials, insufficient resources, and low community participation.
The research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the management of village funds has not been optimal, particularly in terms of transparency, accountability, and the effectiveness of program execution. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the capacity of village apparatus and encourage active community involvement in each stage of fund management to promote better governance.
