STRATEGI BADAN PENYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL KETENAGAKERJAAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN BURUH DI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out to find out the strategies used by BPJS Employment to Improve Labor Welfare in Kuantan Singingi District Bay and to find out whether the strategy is running well or not. The problem of this research is the slow participation growth, lack of socialization to workers, lack of company awareness. As for the informants in this study, there were 2 BPJS members, 8 People Managers and 8 Workers. The technique of data collection is done by method 1) Observation, 2) Interview, 3) Documentation, 4) Triangulation. After the data is collected, it is grouped according to the type and data source then analyzed in descriptive qualitative manner. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of research as well as the elaboration of each dimension of the theory used, the researcher draws the conclusion that the implementation of the strategy for implementing social security administrators in improving labor welfare in Kuantan Singingi Regency has not been optimal.
