Abstract

This research was conducted in Seberang Taluk Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Implementation of Public Service Standards in the Village of Seberang Taluk, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.

The sampling technique for the elements of the Seberang Taluk Village Apparatus is because the number is relatively small namely 8 people, so the determination of the sample uses a saturated sampling method, i.e. all the puppets are sampled. For community elements using the Random Sampling method the method of sampling from the population is done randomly without regard to strata in the population, the number of samples using the Slovin formula is obtained by 43 people, the total respondents in this study amounted to 51 respondents. Based on the results of the distribution of questionnaires that have been carried out regarding the Implementation of Public Service Standards at the Seberang Taluk Village Office, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi District, which produces an average value of 2.69, it means that it is in a fairly good interval. Which means the Application of Public Service Standards at the Seberang Taluk Village Office in Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is Good Enough.
