PROFESIONALISME APARATUR DESA DALAM PELAKSANAAN PEMERINTAHAN DI DESA PULAU KALIMANTING KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

Village Government is a subsystem of the system of implementing regional government so that villages have the authority to regulate and manage community interests in the framework of autonomous activities. To reach out to a prosperous society requires continuous implementation of good governance. Efforts to realize good governance require professional elements from government officials in carrying out government duties. Professionalist measures in terms of speed in carrying out functions and refers to simplified procedures. In this opinion, the professional concept in the apparatus is seen from the aspect of: creativity (creativity), innovation (innovation), responsiveness (responsivity).This research is arranged based on qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and data analysis techniques used in this study is the analysis of qualitative data with informants totaling 12 people. Based on the result of this research then concluded that the professionalism of village apparatus Kalimanting Island Benai District Kuantan District less professional in the implementation of village governance.
