IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM BERAS MISKIN DI KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The poor rice program is a program of the central government issued through the policy of the Joint Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs and the Public Corporation Logistics Agency (SKB Mendagri-Perum Bulog) Number 25 of 2003 and the presidential regulation of the Republic of Indonesia number 15 of 2010 concerning the acceleration of poverty reduction. Which program is a program for the poor in the form of cheap rice distribution, but in reality there are many obstacles and problems encountered in its implementation.The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of the poor rice program in Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study uses the theory of successful implementation according to Edwar III and based on the National Team for the Acceleration of Poverty Reduction (TNP2K), and in this study uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive research methods. The source of the data in this study is the Target Households (RTS) in Benai District. This sample will be taken using simple random sampling. The techniques or methods used in this study will be observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
