IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PENINGKATAN SARANA DAN PRASARANA APARATUR TAHUN 2017 PADA KANTOR CAMAT KUANTAN HILIR SEBERANG KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at the office of Kuantan Hilir Seberang district, KuantanSingingi regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Implementation of Apparatus Infrastructure Improvement Program in 2017 at the Kuantan Hilir District Office of Seberang, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in the research is how the implementation of the 2017 Apparatus Infrastructure Improvement Program at the KuantanHilir District across Kuantan Singingi Regencyt. The informants in this study were as many as 6 people using Purposive Sampling techniques, Purposive Sampling techniques are techniques for determining samples with certain considerations. The results of the study on the Implementation of the Program for Apparatus Infrastructure Improvement in 2017 at the Kuantan Hilir district Office in Seberang, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Were not implemented well based on the research the improvement of facilities and infrastructure were very dependent on instructions from the district officer its implementation.
