PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGELOLAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) DI DESA MUARO SENTAJO KECAMATAN SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was carried out the people in Muaro Sentajo village Sentajo Raya Regency of Kuantan Singingi. As for the purpose of this writing it how to know community participation in management BUMDes in the village Muaro Sentajo anf then how to know management BUMDes it was done in the village Muaro Sentajo. The population in this study is head of the family who is a member of the BUMDes program. The sampling technique used in this study for the community is Simple Random Sampling the technique sampling used in thus study for the pfficial BUMDes is Pusposive Sampling techniques with data sources certain considerations. This particular consideration for example the person is considered to know the most about what to expect. In data retrieval, primary data and secondary data which is done by observation and interview.The population in this study is community Muaro Sentajo village with the respondens amount to 2.455 and the research take sample as much 29 people and 6 official BUMDes.Then the result of this study are the participation of the Muaro Sentajo village community in managing village BUMDes is quite participatory.
