EVALUASI PROGRAM KERJA PEMERINTAHAN DESA SEBERANG PULAU BUSUK KECAMATAN INUMAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI TAHUN 2018

Abstract

This research was conducted in SeberangPulauBusuk Village, InumanSubdistrict, KuantanSingingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the Evaluation of the Village Head's Work Program in 2018 in the SeberangPulauBusuk Village, Inuman District, KuantanSingingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to evaluate the work program of the Village Head in 2018 in the village of SeberangPulauBusuk, InumanSubdistrict, KuantanSingingi Regency. This type of research is Qualitative Descriptive with Purposive Sampling techniques by using informants, namely taking samples with certain criteria and requirements or intentionally. In this study, the informants were village heads, village secretaries, heads of affairs (Kaur), hamlet heads and 10 community members who knew clearly and how the Village Head Work Program in 2018 in SeberangPulauBusuk Village, Inuman District, KuantanSingingi District. Analysis of the data used is qualitative descriptive data analysis with Milles and Hubberman methods with data analysis methods with interactive models, namely the steps to reduce data, data presentation, inference and verification.
