ANALISIS PELAYANAN PUSKESMAS DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESEHATAN KELUARGA PEDESAAN DI DESA GERINGGING BARU KECAMATAN SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Geringging Baru, Sentajo Raya Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency, to find out how well the Puskesmas Service Improved Rural Family Health in Geringging Baru Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.

The sampling technique for puskesmas staff is because it is relatively small, 42 people, using the saturation sampling method. For community elements using the Random Sampling method where the number of samplenya sampling using the Slovin formula is obtained by 44 people, the total respondents in this study were 86 respondents. Based on the results of the distribution of questionnaires that have been conducted on the Analysis of Health Center Services in Improving the Health of Rural Families in Geringging Baru, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi District, which produces an average value of 3.03, it means that it is in a fairly good interval. This is because of the 5 indicators used in this study, namely the existence of ease, responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty , Tangibles all are pretty good.
