Abstract

Development is one of the work programs and is part of the mission in administering the government in Beringin Taluk Village. Carrying out development is a concrete action taken by the government in material form that can be directly felt by the citizens. Development aims to improve the living standar living of citizens and overcome social problems caused by development disparities. The implementation of development also means fulfillment of the demands of social justice. Development planning is basically a way, technique or method to achieve the desired goals precisely, directed, and efficiently in accordance with the conditions in question. The policy of the village head in the construction of the Beringin Taluk village is to prioritize development for public facilities. The type of research used is a qualitative method. Researcher conducted research using data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The researcher used the data analysis model of Miles and Huberman. Activities in data analysis were reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study explained that in the formulation of the village head's policy in the development of the village of Beringin Taluk, there were initially several obstacles so that eventually these obstacles could be overcome by the Beringin Taluk village government and made the formulation in the development carried out in this Beringin village taluk is good.
