Abstract

The researcher found problems in education and training at the district singing department I was singing, namely there were several things that could affect employee performance, including the level of education and training. In order to achieve the vision and mission of an organization, the vision and mission must be formulated in a more directed and operational form, in the form of organizational goals and objectives. The purpose is the elaboration or implementation of the mission statement, which is the end result that will be achieved within a period of 1 to 5 years. The purpose of the organization must be in accordance with the tasks and functions of the organization. The aim of the organization will be to sharpen the focus of the implementation of the mission and put a priority framework to focus the activities of the institution in the direction of all programs and carry out its mission, therefore at the same time can be used as a basis for setting performance indicators. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher analyzes the data to obtain the validity of the data by examining all existing data from various sources that have been obtained from the field by using data collection methods by conducting observations, interviews and documentation.
