IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN BUPATI KUANTAN SINGINGI NOMOR 57 TAHUN 2017 TENTANG SISTEM INFORMASI DESA DI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI (STUDI DI DESA PULAU KOMANG KECAMATAN SENTAJO RAYA)

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Implementation of Kuantan Singingi Regent Regulation Number 57 of 2017 Concerning Village Information Systems in Kuantan Singingi District (Study in Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District). The researcher found a problem Based on Article 3 regarding the Function of the Village Information System (SID), the Function of the Village Information System in Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District has not been implemented well by the village government. This is due to the absence of an internet network or intranet that supports the operation of the existing Information System in the Village, the absence of a specific application of the Village Information System so that the local community cannot access village data online, Submission of information in Pulau Komang Village District Sentajo Raya still uses the old Information System, namely the delivery of information in the form of CANANG (Information submitted directly by someone appointed directly by the Village Head, whose delivery is directly where the person delivering it goes around the village), as well as information related to public services not yet available. The research method used by researchers is the Qualitative Method with a Descriptive approach, while the Data Collection Methods used are: interviews, observation, and documentation. From the research results of the Implementation of the Kuantan Singingi Regent Regulation Number 57 Year 2017 concerning the Village Information System in Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District has not been implemented well.
