EVALUASI SURAT IZIN USAHA PERDAGANGAN DI DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU DAN TENAGA KERJA (DPMPTSPTK) KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI TAHUN 2019 (STUDI KASUS DI KECAMATAN GUNUNG TOAR)

Abstract

This research was conducted in the District of Gunung Toar, Kuantan Regency singing. the purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the Trade Business License in the Investment Office of Integrated Services One Door and Labor in Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2018 (Case Study in Gunung Toar District) Sampling technique using the purposive sampling method. Purposive Sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations, which the number of informants that researchers determine is 7 (seven) people with the method of saturated sampling that is the entire population used as a sample. while in this study requires primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is qualitative descriptive, which is analyzing data obtained from the results of documentation, then conducted interviews, and observations. The results obtained from this study are that the Investment Office of the One Stop Integrated Services and the Workforce of Kuantan Singingi Regency have not yet fully functioned as the Licensing Implementing Agency. They have not yet carried out their duties in the form of service. There are still many people who are dissatisfied and the Investment Office of the One Stop Integrated Services and Manpower has not been reviewed or socialized about their duties as Licensing Providers to the community in the Kuantan singing areas.
