IMPLEMENTASI KODE ETIK PEGAWAI DI KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
This research was conducted at the Office of Religious Affairs in the District of Benai, Kuantan Singingi District. The purpose of this study was to find out the Implementation of Employee Ethics Code in the Office of Religious Affairs in the District of Benai, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the implementation of the employee code of ethics in the Office of Religious Affairs in the District of Benai. .This type of research is Qualitative Descriptive with Purposive Sampling technique that is using informants that is taking samples with certain criteria and requirements or intentionally. In this study taken as informants are the Head of the Office of Religious Affairs, Marriage Registrar, PAI Supervisor, Religious Extension and Administrative Staff who know clearly how the Implementation of the Employee Ethics Code in the Office of Religious Affairs in the District of Benai. Analysis of the data used is qualitative descriptive data analysis with Milles and Hubberman methods with data analysis methods with interactive models, namely the steps to reduce data, data presentation, inference and verification.From the results of this study, it can be concluded that: Implementation of Employee Code of Ethics in the Office of Religious Affairs in Benai Subdistrict has been running well according to the procedure, however, as servants and coaches of the community they have weaknesses and shortcomings, however the employees of the Benai District KUA office have implemented the Code of Ethics in accordance with applicable regulations.
