ANALISIS FUNGSI BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA DALAM MENAMPUNG DAN MENYALURKAN ASPIRASI MASYARAKAT DI DESA PULAU KUMPAI KECAMATAN PANGEAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted related to the Function of the Village Consultative in accommodating and distributing community aspirations in Pulau Kumpai Village, pangean district, kuantan singingi regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the function of the Village Consultative in accommodating and distributing community aspirations in pulau kumpai village, pangean district, Kuantan Singingi Regency. So that the problem regarding the Function of the Village Consultative in Accommodating and Distributing Community Aspirations can be proven and explained whether pulau kumpai village Consultative in achieving its work has been running in accordance with the planning and initial objectives effectively and efficiently. The data analysis technique used in this study was Qualitative Descriptive Analysis with the transformation process of research data in the form of descriptions and tabulations. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the Analysis of the Functions of the Village Consultative in Accommodating and Distributing Community Aspirations in Pulau Kumpai Village, Pangean district, Kuantan Singingi regency, were not good. Due to a number of things, the Village Consultative does not have written evidence that they have conducted a Village Consultation, namely evidence of attendance list and evidence of the results of the minutes of the decision from the village meeting. Therefore the Village Consultative Body must make a attendance list and the results of the minutes of the decision from the village meeting.
