EFEKTIFITAS FUNGSI DIRECTING DI KANTOR KECAMATAN SENTAJAO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Effectiveness of Directing Functions in Sentajo Raya Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency according to intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The form of the direction consists of Orientation, orders and delegation of authority. Which form of direction is still not properly implemented by the leadership. The researchers found that there were problems with the direction of the briefing at the Sentajo sub-district office, which had not gone well. This is due to the lack of direction from the leadership. The problems that the researchers found were: the morning apples were not on time, which followed the morning apples only partially, lacked discipline of employees, lack of human resources. The method in the research used is Descriptive Method with Qualitative approach while the data collection methods used: Interview, Observation, documentation and triangulation.             From this study, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the Directing function in the Sentajo Raya District subdistrict, Kuantan Singing, has not gone well.
