PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. PLN (PERSERO) UNIT LAYANAN PELANGGAN (ULP) TELUK KUANTAN
Abstract
This study aims to examine the Effect of Accounting Information Systems, Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaire data (Primary). The population in this study were 48 all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit (ULP) Teluk Kuantan. The Census sampling method obtained 48 samples. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, with the t test and coefficient of determination.The test results show that, first, the Effect of Accounting Information Systems has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of 0,248. Second, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee performance of 0,235. Third, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of 0,412. The determinant coefficient is 0,512 or equal to 51,2%, which means the magnitude of the influence of the Accounting Information System, Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance is 51,2% while the remaining 48,8% is explained by other causative factors that originate from outside the regression that was not examined in this study.
