Abstract

The purpose of this research:The effect on signifikan of human resource competency and utilization of information technology to quality of responsibility reporting fund facility health of first level at technical unit executor on duty health of Kuantan Singingi Regency either by simultan.This research is descriptive by using quantitative date analysis with causal research design. The date used in this study is the primary data in the from of questionnaires. The number of population  this research was 24 people and the sample size was 24 people. Data analysis was done by using multiple linear reggresion method with the help of SPSS 20 software. In this research using 2 independent variables namely human resource competency (X₁) and utilization of information technology (X₂) and Quality of responsibility reporting (Y) as its dependent variable.Result of research is human resource competence variable (X₁) and utilization of information technology variable (X₂) have an effect on positive and signifikan to quality of responsibility reporting variable either through simultan and also by parsial bigly its influence 76,7%. while by parsial biggest its influence is  technology bigly its influence 47,1%% while human resource competence 44,6%%
