Abstract

The research is motivated by the application of the Kuantan Singingi district regulation number 1 of 2009 concerning the village consultative body related to the formation of the village consultative body for the Jalur Patah of the Sentajo Raya district of Kuantan Singingi regency. The author found several problems, which made the main problem of this study, namely: 1) how is the implementation of the Kuantan Singingi regency regional regulation number 1 of 2009 concerning village consultative bodies related to the formation of village consultative bodies in the Jalur Patah of Sentajo Raya district of Kuantan Singingi regency. 2) the inhibiting factor for the implementation of the Kuantan Singingi district regulation number 1 of 2009 concerning the village consultative body.
