ANALISIS LINGKUNGAN KERJA DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN PADA MASYARAKAT DI KANTOR DESA TEBING TINGGI KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the working environment in providing services to the community at the Head Office of Tebing Tinggi Simandolak Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi District. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the working environment in providing services to the community in the Office of the Village Chief Tebing Tinggi Simandolak Benai District Kuantan Singingi District. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive with purposive sampling technique that is using informants that is taking samples with certain criteria and requirements or intentionally. As informants are the Village Heads, Village Officials, and Communities who clearly know how the work environment is towards services to the community at the Tebing Tinggi Village Head Office, Simandolak. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis by the method of Milles and Hubberman with data analysis methods with interactive models. From the research results obtained, through interviews, observations, documentation, it can be concluded in the field results that: Analysis of the Work Environment in Providing Services to Communities in the Office of the Village Head of Tebing Tinggi Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has not been implemented well and services are categorized as not good.
