Training has an important role to improve the quality of performance of competitive State Civil Apparatus to improve more qualified human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine Human Resource Training in State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Asset and Regional Financial Management Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study is a qualitative study. The informants in this study were 6 people using purposive sampling. The formulation of the problem in this study is that HR training at the Office of the Regional Financial Management Agency has not been realized optimally. Researchers analyzed data from various sources obtained from the field using data collection methods by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. So from the results of the analysis in the field, the author found the results of the study that Human Resource Training in State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Asset and Regional Financial Management Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency had been implemented well.

This research is quantitative descriptive research which aims to determine the influence of business scale, company age, and owner/manager education on the use of accounting information for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.

The data sources used in this research are secondary data sources obtained without intermediaries, namely interviews with small and medium business actors in Sentajo Raya as well as documentation needed to support research data.

The results of this study conclude that business scale does not have a significant effect on the use of accounting informastion in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Sentajo Raya District, Regency Kuantan Singingi. Owner/Manager education has a positive and significant effect on the use of accounting information in Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.

This research was carried out at the Benai Subdistrict and Disadvantaged Villages Office in Benai Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the sub-district head in developing disadvantaged villages in Benai sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2020. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. The informants taken in this research were the Head of Benai District, Head of PMD, and Village Head. The data collection methods used in this research are interview, documentation, observation and triagulation methods. The data used is Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Verification and Conclusions. From the results of this writing, the author can conclude that the role of the sub-district head in developing underdeveloped villages in the Benai sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2020 has gone quite well, where by 2024 there will be no more under-developed villages in the Benai sub-district. These results can be seen from the results of interviews with informants in the field which show that the role of the sub-district head in developing disadvantaged villages in Benai sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2020 is quite good.

Competency is the work ability of each individual which includes aspects of knowledge, skills and work attitudes that are in accordance with the expected standardization. This research was carried out in Petai Baru Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research explains the competency of village officials in carrying out government administration in Petai Baru Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is the competency of village officials in carrying out government administration in Petai Baru Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The technique for determining the sample that the researcher used was Purposive Sampling. Namely determining the sample with certain considerations, which are closely related to the research objectives. Nine people were selected as samples, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of Affairs, Section Head, Head of the District, and Staff. The data analysis used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis, namely the data obtained will be discussed thoroughly based on the facts that occurred, then compared with concepts and theories that support the discussion of the problems in this research and then come to generally accepted conclusions. From the results of the research it can be concluded that the Competence of Village Apparatus in Petai Baru Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is in the "Quite Good" category, which can be seen from the answers to interviews with informants. Therefore, the author hopes that village officials will further improve their competence so that the services provided will become even better.

Pembalakan liar atau disebut juga illegal loging merupakan suatu kegiatan pemanenan pohon atau hutan, pengangkutan serta penjualan kayu maupun hasil olahan kayu dengan cara yang tidak sah dan tidak memiliki izin dari otoritas setempat. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana penebangan liar (illegal logging) berdasarkan putusan Nomor 1/Pid.B/LH/2023/PN TLK, dan Bagaimana Pertimbangan hakim dalam tindak pidana penebangan liar (illegal logging) berdasarkan putusan Nomor 1/Pid.B/LH/2023/PN TLK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu menggunakan berbagai data sekunder seperti peraturan perundang-undangan, keputusan pengadilan, teori hukum, dan dapat berupa pendapat para sarjan, kemudian penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitis. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh Hasil bahwa Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penegakan hukum dalam putusan Nomor: 1/Pid.B/LH/2023/PN.Tlk telah memenuhi unsur delik, baik unsur perbuatan maupun unsur pertanggungjawaban atau pembuat, dan telah terbukti bersalah berdasarkan undang-undang dengan mendapatkan hukuman yang setimpal sesuai dengan perbuatannya. Pertimbangan Hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan telah melihat dari segala sudut pandang aspek yang berbeda sehingga menjatuhkan putusan sesuai dengan kewajaran dan berdasarkan kemanusiaan serta hukum yang berlaku yaitu terdakwa harus mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya sesuai dengan putusan yang dijatuhkan oleh Majelis Hakim.

This research was conducted at the Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Kuantan Singing Regency. This study aims to determine how financial compensation for honorary employees at the office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency.This study is a quantitative descriptive survey of the number of samples of 38 people, for the population and sample of honorary employees at the office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency using the slovin formula to determine the respondents. And for Data Collection Techniques using Questionnaires. sampling is carried out by Incidental Sampling. The data collection techniques that the author uses are questionnaire, observation, documentation techniques. Data analysis is carried out by reducing data, then presenting data and finally drawing conclusions. The results showed that the results of respondents' responses were quite good.

In Kuantan Bay itself, since the KIA program was run by the regional government, there are still many people/parents who have not made KIA for their children, because according to the public's opinion, most of those who arrange KIA complain about the service in making KIA at the Population and Civil Registration Service. Kuantan Singingi Regency, the community or parents of children consider the process to be quite time consuming and require quite a lot of requirements. This type of research is survey research using an explanatory level of description and quantitative data analysis. According to Sugiyono (2017: 9) states that quantitative research methods are research methods that are based on selected questionnaires. The first simple indicator is that the results of the questionnaire distributed to the public are the results of the community's answers with good results, but even though the results of the questionnaire show good results based on the researcher's observations I saw in the field when distributing questionnaires that many people still don't know about children's identity cards, especially people in rural areas, this needs to be further socialized by the regional government and related agencies. And indicators two to five show good and are also in accordance with researchers' observations in the field. Based on the results of data processing and research analysis in the field as well as the explanations of each of the theoretical dimensions and indicators used, the researchers concluded that the Analysis of Children's Identity Card Making Services at the Kuantan Singingi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service was in the good category.

Pembebasan bersyarat adalah bebasnya narapidana setelah menjalani sekurang-kurangnya dua pertiga masa pidananya dengan ketentuan dua pertiga tersebut tidak kurang dari 9 (sembilan) bulan.Pembebasan bersyarat merupakan program pembinaan untuk mengintegrasikan narapidana dan anak ke dalam kehidupan masyarakat setelah memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Bagaimana Pelaksanaan Pembebasan Bersyarat narapidana narkotika di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II BTeluk Kuantan ?Faktor yang menghambat Narapidana narkotikayang mendapatkan Pembebasan Bersyarat di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan kelas II B Teluk Kuantan? Penelitian ini digolongkan dalam jenis penelitian hukum sosiologis (empiris)/ ovservational research yakni dengan cara survey dimana peneliti langsung turun kelapangan mengadakan pengamatan hubungan antara ketentuan hukum dengan kenyataan yang terjadi dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa wawancara.Pelaksanaan pemberian pembebasan bersyarat narapidana narkotika di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Teluk Kuantan memiliki alur dalam pengajuan pembebasan bersyarat dan juga harus memenuhi syarat administrative dan substantif,yang semua prosesnya sudah melaui komputerisasi atau online.Faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pemberian pembebasan Bersyarat Narapidana Narkotika di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Teluk Kuantan ada beberapa factor maupun kendala dalam pelaksanaannya yakni seperti tidak adanya penjamin yang bersedia menjamin narapidana yang akan diberikan pembebasan bersyarat ini, terbukti melakukan pelanggaran lainnya yang berkaitan dengan tertundanya pemberian pembebasan bersyarat kepada narapidana, dan juga dari segi substantive dan administrative,sebagai upaya untuk menindak lanjuti hal tersebut ialah dengan menemukan penjamin serta menaikkan mutu program binaan kepada narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan untuk mengantisipasi dilakukannya tindakan yang melanggar aturan.

This research aims to analyze the financial reports of PT Ladangbaja Murni Tbk for the period 2020 to 2023. The data analysis method used is a statistical descriptive method using liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. Based on research results, the liquidity ratio in the period 2020 to 2023 can be good because the company does not experience difficulties in paying off current liabilities. Based on the analysis of good solvency ratios which always increase every year. This is due to the low level of company spending originating from loans. Based on the analysis of unhealthy activities, it appears that it is always significantly below the industry average every year. This must be improved so that the use of company assets and collection of receivables becomes more efficient and effective every year. Based on calculations using profitability ratio analysis, it is not good, where every year it decreases because every year the company's profit from each asset decreases.

This type of research is quantitative research, meaning that research methods based on the philosophy of positivism are used to research certain populations or samples. The data collection method in this research uses the technique of distributing questionnaires, observation and documentation to obtain the final results from the evaluation of the Family Hope Program Companion (PKH) in Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.To find out how the Family Hope Program (PKH) Companions are evaluated in carrying out their duties and obligations in realizing prosperity in Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, it can be seen from the first 6 Indicators of Effectiveness with an average value of 4.08 in the Good category. Efficiency with an average value of 3.83 in the Good category. Adequacy with an average value of 3.87 in the Good category. Rating with an average value of 4.31 in the Good category. Responsiveness with an average value of 3.70 in the Good category. Accuracy with an average value of 4.50 in the Good category. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of religiosity and sharia financial literacy of sharia banking students at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University (UNIKS) and to determine the influence of religiosity and sharia financial literacy on the interest in saving of sharia banking students at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University (UNIKS). This type of research is quantitative research. In this research, the samples taken were 85 sharia banking students at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The research results show that the level of religiosity of Islamic Banking students at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University is 84.7% in the high category. The sharia financial literacy level of sharia banking students at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University is 68.2% in the high category. Then the research results show that the sig values are 0.00 and 0.00 < 0.05, which means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected This means that there is an influence of religiosity and financial literacy on the interest in saving of sharia banking students at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University in sharia banks with a determination of 74.5%.

Bahan bakar minyak (BBM) merupakan kebutuhan dasar dalam industri di seluruh dunia, tetapi bahan bakar minyak merupakan sumber daya alam yang tidak dapat diperbaharui. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode sosiologis yaitu pendekatan penelitian yang mempelajari pengaruh masyarakat terhadap hukum, sejauh mana gejala-gejala yang ada dalam masyarakat itu dapat mempengaruhi hokum, dan sifat penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini Kepolisian sebagai penegak hokum melakukan Tindakan Preventif (Pencegahan) Dan Tindakan Represif (Penindakan) dan Hakim mempertimbangkan putusan dengan dua pertimbangan yaitu pertimbangan yuridis dan Non yuridis terdakwa, maka hakim Pengadilan Negeri Taluk Kuantan Menjatuhkan pidana oleh karena itu kepada Terdakwa dengan pidana penjara selama 11 (Sebelas) Bulan dan denda sejumlah Rp 1.000.000.000,00 (satu miliar rupiah) dengan ketentuan apabila denda tersebut tidak dibayar maka diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama 2 (dua) Bulan pada putusan perkara nomor 98/Pid.B/LH/2022/PN Tlk.

Gajah adalah salah satu jenis satwa yang memiliki kepekaan yang sebagian besar berada di dalam kawasan hutan. Gajah sangat membutuhkan keberadaan hutan sebagai tempat hidup, berlindung, dan berkembang biak. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana perlindungan hukum satwa liar yang dilindungi dalam Perundang-undangan di Indonesia Studi Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Teluk Kuantan Nomor 49/Pid.B/LH/2022/PN Tlk, dan Bagaimana pertimbangan hakim terhadap Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Turut Serta Menyimpan Bagian Tubuh Satwa Liar Yang Dilindungi pada Studi Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Teluk Kuantan Nomor 49/Pid.B/LH/2022/PN Tlk. Untuk penulisan ini, penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu jenis penelitian yang berfokus pada analisis dan interpretasi terhadap norma-norma hukum yang ada, kemudian penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Perlindungan hukum satwa liar yang dilindungi dalam Perundang-undangan di Indonesia Studi Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Teluk Kuantan Nomor 49/Pid.B/LH/2022/PN Tlk, yaitu Perlindungan hukum dapat dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu: a) Perlindungan Hukum Preventif Perlindungan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah dengan tujuan untuk mencegah sebelum terjadinya pelanggaran. Hal ini terdapat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dengan maksud untuk mencegah suatu pelanggaran serta memberikan rambu-rambu atau Batasan-batasan dalam melakukan sutu kewajiban. b) Perlindungan Hukum Represif merupakan perlindungan akhir berupa sanksi seperti denda, penjara, dan hukuman tambahan yang diberikan apabila sudah terjadi sengketa atau telah dilakukan suatu pelanggaran. Dan Pertimbangan hakim terhadap Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Turut Serta Menyimpan Bagian Tubuh Satwa Liar Yang Dilindungi Studi Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Teluk Kuantan Nomor 49/Pid.B/LH/2022/PN Tlk, ada 2 (dua) yaitu : (1) Pertimbangan Yuridis di antaranya adalah pertimbangan hakim berdasarkan putusannya pada ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan secara formil. (2) Pertimbangan yang bersifat Non Yuridis perlu dipertimbangkan terlebih dahulu keadaan yang memberatkan dan meringankan pada para Terdakwa.

This research was conducted at the General Election Commission Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the analysis of the bureaucratic performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the General Election Commission Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to analyze the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) bureaucracy at the General Election Commission Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive research. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sumpling method, which is a technique that determines the sample with certain considerations, the type of research used in this study is Qualitative Research. The research instrument for collecting data is an interview guide, using performance indicators (Performance Measurement), namely: a) Productivity, b) Service Quality, c) Responsiveness, d) Responsibility, e) Accountability. The problem formulation in the research is the Village Government's Strategy for Improving Infrastructure Development in Muaro Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for respondent elements in the Muaro Sentajo Village Government, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency used a purposive sampling technique. Pribahasa ini mengandung arti bahwa seseorang kapanpun dan di manapun dia berada harus mengikuti dan menghormati aturan (hukum) atau istiadat yang berlaku di tempat tersebut. Hal ini karena hukum atau adat di daerah yang satu mungkin akan berbeda dengan daerah yang lain. Sehingga perlu adanya penyesuaian diri dan kesadaran untuk menghormati serta taat akan aturan dari masing-masing individu. Berkenaan dengan aspek hukum, Indonesia sendiri merupakan negara hukum. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, yaitu di kepolisian Polres Kuantan Singingi. Untuk penulisan ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum sosilogis atau penelitian pendekatan dengan cara melihat dari segi kenyataan berlakunya hukum dilapangan, sedangkan sifat penelitiannya yaitu deskriptif dengan teknik sampling dengan menggunakan populasi dan sampel dengan metode puspossive samping. Dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan studi pustaka. berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pembuangan bayi di wilayah hukum Polres Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi sudah berjalan dengan baik, yang dilakukan dengan proses laporan, penyelidikan, penyidkan dan dilanjutkan dengan proses penangkapan dan penahanan. Adapun hambatan-hambatan yang di alami dalam menangani kasus pembuangan bayi di belakang Pengadilan Negeri Taluk Kuantan adalah sulitnya mengidentifikasi pelaku pembuangan bayi.

Data was obtained by using the documentation method. The steps taken to achieve the research objectives are to carry out financial ratio analysis from the level of Liquidity ratios, Solvency ratios, Activity ratios and Profitability ratios.

The research results showed that the assessment of the company's financial performance level through financial ratios was poor for three years. Liquidity ratios, Solvency ratios and Profitability ratios have decreased, while the Activity ratio level has increased from 2019 to 2021.

The population in this research is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kuantan Mudik District, totaling 2.250 people. 44 people as samples. The sampling technique use the Slovin formula and the data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively using the percentage formula. From the results of this research it can be concluded that the role of PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah in Advancing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is included in the category as shown by the figure of 42,38%. The role of PT. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. The population in this study were 12,873 BSI KCP Teluk Kuantan customers, with a sample size of 44 people. And the data collection techniques used were Observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study can be concluded that: 1. Customer Service work SOP includes aspects of Appearance which include neat clothes, friendly peace, attractive appearance. And aspects of Service which include friendly, polite and responsive attitudes. 2. Customer Service variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction BSI KCP Teluk Kuantan, with the T test value (Partial) showing a value of three greater than t table (1.889> 1.681) and a sign value of 0.004 <0.05.

Judging from the type, this research is descriptive qualitative research. This research data was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Data obtained through interviews is presented in the form of sentence descriptions, in accordance with actual facts. The results of the research concluded that Advertisement Tax revenue at the Kuantan Singing Regency Regional Revenue Agency had not been implemented properly, because it had never reached the predetermined target. In fact, the realization of Advertisement Tax revenue in Kuantan Singingi Regency is far below the set target.

There are various criminal acts that occur in Indonesia, one of which is theft. The crime of theft has been regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP) Book II Chapter XXII Articles 362 to Article 367. The crime of theft with violence is regulated in Article 365 of the Criminal Code, namely theft which is preceded, accompanied, followed by violence which will be directed at the person with the aim of making it easier to carry out the action. This research was conducted to find out what the judge's motives and considerations were regarding cases of violent theft in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, as well as to find out how judges considered the crime of violent theft in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency (Study of Decisions of the Teluk Kuantan District Court Number 26/Pid.B/2023/PN.Tlk). This research is normative research, namely using normative legal case studies in the form of legal behavioral products, for example reviewing draft laws. The subject of the study is law which is conceptualized as norms or rules that apply in society and become a reference for everyone's behavior. The nature of this research is descriptive and the data source used is a secondary data source. The results of this research show that the motive for the violent theft that occurred in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency was entering someone else's house with the intention of borrowing money and thinking that the victim would not lend the money, so the defendant thought about committing theft at the victim's house and the judge's consideration in impose a penalty on the perpetrator of the crime of theft with violence, including: the guilt of the perpetrator of the crime, the motive and purpose of committing the crime of theft with violence.

This research was carried out in Jaya Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how well the community participates in paying land and building taxes (PBB) in Jaya Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for Jaya Kopah Village Apparatus elements was because the number was relatively small, namely 8 people, so the sample was determined using a saturated sampling method, that is, the entire population was sampled. For elements of society using the Random Sampling method, sampling from the population was carried out randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population, the number of samples taken using the Slovin formula was 43 people, the total number of respondents in this study was 51 respondents. Based on the results of a questionnaire distributed regarding Community Participation in Paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Jaya Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, which produced an average value of 3.03, meaning the results of this research are in the Fairly Good interval. This is because the 4 indicators used in this research, namely Knowledge and Skills, Community Work, Community Education, and Belief in Certain Cultures, are all quite good.

In this era of economic development, the village is one of the determinants of success in development and in direct contact with the community, especially in the field of public services. Some of the problems that arise are the lack of human resource skills, namely village officials in the midst of the changing demands of society. Management of correspondence administration should be replaced into a digital system. The village must also publish the vision and mission as well as the programs designed by the village head and the village's potentials in a transparent manner to the community. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methodeds. Data colletion techniques in this research use observation, interviews and documtation methods. The results of research in the field that researchers obtained through interviews and observations can be said that the utilization of village websites in Pasar Baru village, Pangean sub-district, Kuantan Singingi district is still not well managed, where the use of the website has not been well optimized by the village government, apart from that, the community is still not everyone who can and understands how to use and exploit this website, of which only a small number are students

This research discusses community participation in preparing death certificates in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Benai District, Pulau Ingu Village based on Population Management Law Number 24 of 2013. The law states that every death must be reported by the family or their representative. Must report to the authorities no later than 30 days from the date of death. This proposal aims to determine the public's understanding and awareness of the ownership of death certificates and how the community is involved in owning death certificates in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Benai District, Pulau Ingu Village. This research approach uses qualitative research. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data, and the data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the level of community participation in preparing death certificates is still low in Pulau Ingu Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.

Motivation is a driving factor that can create work enthysiasm. This research was carried out at the seberanggunung village office, Gunungtoar district, kuantan singing regency. This research explains how the work motivation of village pfficials across the mountains works. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, interviews and documentation to determine the work motivation of village officials. Meanwhile, the sampling technique in this research uses a purposive sampling rechnique, namely determining the sample with certain considerations, which are closely related to the research objectives. Nine people were selected as samples, namely the village head, village secretary, head of affairs, section head and head of the district. The data analysis used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, namely the data obtained will be discussed thoroughly based on the facts that occurred. Then compared with the concepts and theories that support the discussion of the problems in this research and then come to generally accepted conclusions. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the work motivation of Seberang Gunung village officials is in the “Less Motivated” category, as can be seen from the answer to interviews with informants. Therefore, the authors expect the Seberang Gunung village Apparatus to further improve their work supported by the provision of motivation from the appropriate leadership.

This research aims to analyze the development of MSME businesses in Kuantan Hiir Across subdistrict before and after obtaining KUR Syariah financing from PT Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Capem Kuansing Baserah. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research, the subjects of this research are MSME business actors in Kuantan Hilir Seberang subdistrict who receive KUR BRKS financing with 35 respondents. The object of this research is the development of MSME businesses in Kuantan Hilir Seberang subdistrict. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, questionnaires. /Questionnaire, and Documentation. Next, analyze the data using the percentage formula. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the development of downstream Kuantan sub-district MSME businesses before KUR Syariah BRKS financing was still difficult to increase business capital and the expected turnover target for MSMEs was not achieved so that profits from the businesses run were also unstable. After obtaining KUR Syariah financing from Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Capem Kuansing Baserah, the UMKM business in the Kuantan downstream district experienced development starting from increasing capital to buy merchandise, achieving the desired merchandise turnover, and the profits obtained could be used to develop the business.

This research is motivated by the large number of waqf assets in Gunung Toar District, generally in the form of land and some of this land is only used for religious facilities, then schools or social facilities for the community that have the value of worship. Furthermore, of the waqf land in Gunung Toar District, only some have certificates and some still do not have certificates. This research aims to determine the role and function of nazhir in optimizing the management of waqf assets in Gunung Toar District. The population in this study was Nazirs in Gunung Toar District with 50 respondents and the sample was determined using sampling techniques. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, while data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. And the data was analyzed descriptively qualitatively using non-statistical analysis.The results of this research can be concluded that the role and function of the nazir in administering waqf assets is 100% that the nazir has prepared financial reports to make it easier to carry out his duties. In managing waqf assets, whether they are certified waqf assets or those that have not been certified, Nazir has managed them 100% in accordance with their intended purpose and function. Meanwhile, in supervising and protecting waqf assets, there are still 50% of Nazirs who have not processed the waqf pledge deed because some waqf land is registered in the name of a deceased person, so they have to ask for approval from the heirs. And in reporting the implementation of tasks to BWI 100% there has been no reporting of tasks by nazhir in Gunung Toar District to the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) due to a lack of socialization, training or coaching provided by the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI).

Aims to find out how the effectiveness of the implementation of e-Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to apply the Nrgara Civil Apparatus e-kineja at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The number of Popilasi was 20 people and all populations were sampled because all populations had important conscriptions in the application of e-performance. So the authors use a saturated sampling technique, where all populations are sampled. The data analysis used is Descriptive Quantitative, which analyzes data obtained from the results of the elaboration of questionnaires, then processed and concluded based on the processed data. Based on the results of research conducted on the effectiveness of the implementation of e-performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Kuantan Singingi Regency obtained a score result with an average of 4.25 in the sense of being at the agreed interval (effective), which means that the implementation of the e-performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Kuantan Singingi Regency is effective.

PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Capem Kuansing Baserah is a bank financial institution that operates based on sharia principles. The progress of a bank is certainly determined by the human resources it contains. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee loyalty at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Capem Kuansing Baserah. The research method used is a descriptive and quantitative analysis method obtained from the results of a questionnaire and measured using the Likert scale technique. The data was then processed using the SPSS program. This research also uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Capem Kuansing Baserah, totaling 17 people. To determine the sample using the census sampling method, the sample in this study was 17 respondents. The results of the research show that the results of the t test hypothesis testing on the compensation variable (X1), namely t count = (3.466) > (1.75305) t table, can be interpreted that the more compensation has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Work environment (X2), namely t = (-2.639) < (1.75305) t table, meaning that the work environment has no significant effect on employee loyalty. The results of the F test of compensation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee loyalty, namely with calculated f (7.233) > f table (3.73).

This research was carried out at the Kuantan Singingi Regency Youth and Sports Education Service. The aim of this research was to find out how effective employee performance was at the Kuantan Singingi Regency Youth and Sports Education Office. The formulation of the problem in the research is how effective employee performance is at the Kuantan Singingi Regency Education, Youth and Sports Department. For employee elements in the youth and sports education department whose aim is directly at employees, the sampling technique used in this research is a simple purposive sampling technique, with a total of 16 (sixteen) respondents in this research. The indicators used in this research are: Productivity, service quality, responsibility, accountability. Based on the results of research analysis, the effectiveness of employee performance at the Kuantan Singingi Regency Education, Youth and Sports Department it has been effective.

Kuantan Tengah Sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency has a population of 51,878 people, of which 95.08% are Muslims or equivalent to 50,117 people. There are 63 waqf asset locations, but only 13 of them have been certified and their utilization is dominated by mosques and mushollahs. The data shows that there is still a lack of utilization of waqf assets that lead to productive waqf. This research is a field research conducted in Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency with qualitative methods. The purpose of this research is to find out the understanding of the people of Kuantan Tengah District about productive waqf and what are the factors that influence it. The population of this research is the Muslim community in Kuantan Tengah District as many as 50,117 people with a sample of 100 people determined by the Slovin formula. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively using the percentage formula.The results of this study indicate that the understanding of the people of Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency about productive waqf is "Very High", the percentage is 82.68% with indicators (1) Restating the concept of productive waqf, (2) Classifying objects according to the concept of types of productive waqf, (3) Giving examples and non-examples of the concept of productive waqf, (4) Presenting concepts about the definition of productive waqf, (5) Developing concepts about types of productive waqf, (6) Using and utilizing and selecting procedures or operations of productive waqf, and (7) Applying the concept of how to manage productive waqf. Regarding the factors that influence it, there are Internal Factors consisting of indicators of motivation, self-will, and strong interest. While on External Factors, there are indicators of education, lectures or studies, availability of media, availability of channels to carry out productive waqf that affect the understanding of the people of Central Kuantan District about productive waqf.

The aim of this research is to find out the level of community participation in birth certificate ownership in Pulau Padang Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling, namely a sampling technique from members of the population that is carried out randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. The research subjects were the people of Pulau Padang Village, Singingi District. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results of the research on the Level of Community Participation in Birth Certificate Ownership in Pulau Padang Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency have gone well. This is based on the indicators used to analyze the level of community participation in birth certificate ownership in Pulau Padang Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely Opportunity, Ability, Willingness, all measurements are good. The researcher's suggestions for further increasing community participation in birth certificate ownership in Pulau Padang Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency are by increasing information that making birth certificates is free and increasing outreach regarding population administration and civil registration in an informal setting.

Children are a trust and gift from Almighty God, in whom the honor and dignity of being a complete human being is inherent. Narcotics are substances or drugs that can cause a decrease or change in consciousness, loss of taste, reduce or eliminate pain, and can cause dependence, which are differentiated into groups as attached in the Narcotics Law (Article 1 point 1 of the Narcotics Law and can cause dependency. The problem in this research is what is the modus operandi of criminal acts of narcotics abuse committed by children in cases (RULING NUMBER 2/ Pid Sus Anak/2022/PN Tlk) and what are the judge's considerations in cases of narcotics crimes against children who are in conflict with the law in Teluk Kuantan district court case (RULING NUMBER 2/ Pid Sus Anak/2022/PN Tlk). For this writing, the author used a normative sociological legal research type. This type of research is observational research, namely by survey and direct interviews with judges The results of the research can be concluded that the modus operandi of children as perpetrators of narcotics crimes based on the Decision of the Teluk Kuantan District Court Number 2/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022/PN.Tlk is an attempt or malicious conspiracy to commit narcotics crimes and also offer them for sale. via cellphone, selling, buying, receiving, being an intermediary in buying and selling, exchanging or handing over non-plant class 1 narcotics. And the judge's considerations regarding children who are perpetrators of the crime of sexual intercourse based on the Decision of the Teluk Kuantan District Court Number 2/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Tlk are 2 (two), namely: (1). Juridical aspects include: Public prosecutor's indictment, prosecutor's demands general, witness statements, defendant statements, and evidence, so that the elements of a criminal act are fulfilled. (2). Non-juridical aspect, namely paying attention to aggravating matters, namely that the child's actions are contrary to the government's efforts to eradicate the distribution and use of narcotics and that mitigate the defendant, namely that the child has never been convicted before, the child admits, regrets and promises not to repeat his actions, The child does not complicate matters in giving information in court, and the child is still 16 years old and still has hope for the future as well as the potential to improve his attitude.

A child is someone who is not yet 18 (eighteen) years old, including children who are still in the womb. Children are the nation's next generation who must be protected. The problem in this research is how is the legal protection for children as perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual intercourse based on the decision of the Teluk Kuantan District Court Number 4/Pid.Sus-Anak/2021/PN.Tlk, and how do judges consider children as perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual intercourse based on the court's decision? Teluk Kuantan State Number 4/Pid.Sus-Anak/2021/PN.Tlk. For this writing, the author uses a type of normative legal research, namely using various secondary data such as statutory regulations, court decisions, legal theory, and can be in the form of opinions of scholars, then this research is analytical descriptive. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that legal protection for children as perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual intercourse based on the Kuantan Bay District Court Decision Number 4/Pid.Sus-Anak/2021/PN.Tlk includes: (1) Providing special companions; (2) Pay attention to the age of young children; (3) Pay attention to the child's future; (4) Imposing appropriate sanctions for children; (5) Examinations of children's cases are carried out in closed sessions to the public; and (6) The case examination is carried out by a juvenile judge. And the judge's considerations regarding children as perpetrators of the crime of sexual intercourse based on the Decision of the Teluk Kuantan District Court Number 4/Pid.Sus-Anak/2021/PN.Tlk are 2 (two), namely: (1) Juridical considerations include considering the charges from the Public Prosecutor, statements from witnesses, statements from the defendant, evidence in the form of letters, legal facts obtained, as well as evidence submitted to the trial; (2) Non-juridical considerations include weighing the aggravating and mitigating circumstances of the Child Defendant. The aggravating circumstances include: (1) The actions of the Child Defendant were carried out with violence so that Witness 1 was helpless and afraid; (2) The actions of the Child Defendant resulted in Witness 1 becoming pregnant and giving birth to a daughter; (3) The actions of the Child Defendant caused Witness 1 and his family to be expelled from their home by the local community; (4) The actions of the Child Defendant traumatized Witness 1 and he no longer went to school; and (5) Peace has not been achieved between the family of Witness 1 and the family of the Child Defendant. Then the mitigating circumstances include: (1) The juvenile defendant admits his actions; (2) The juvenile defendant regrets his actions and promises not to repeat his actions; (3) The juvenile defendant is still young and has never committed a crime before; and (4) the juvenile defendant behaves politely during the trial.

Public services are a basic need of society that must be met by the government. To fulfill these basic needs, a person's performance in providing services is very much needed. The better the government's performance in providing public services, the more satisfaction it will create for the community as service recipients. This research aims to analyze the National Public Service Complaint Management system at the Kuantan Singingi Regency Communication and Information Service. Which is a place to convey aspirations or complaints to the community. This research is a qualitative descriptive survey with a total of 9 informants. The informants were taken based on sampling techniques. Based on the recapitulation of answers from informants regarding how the National Public Service Complaint Management System is managed at the Kuantan Singingi Regency Information, Statistics and Coding Communication Service, it can be seen that the SP4N-Lapor program can be categorized as not being implemented well.

This study aims to analyze the financial statement of PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk from 2020,2021 and 2022. The data analysis method used is a quantitave descriptive method using the measurement of the Liquadity Solvency Activity and Profitability ratios. Based on the results of the study, the Liquadity ratio in the 2020-2022 period can be said to be not good because the company has difficulty in paying off current liabilities using current assets owned be the company based on solvency in the 2020-2022 period,which is quite good,where every year it increases. This is due to the low company spending from sources and loans based on the analysis of unhealthy activities, which are seen to be significantly below the industry average every year. This must be improved so that the use of company assets and collection of receivables every year is more efficient and effective based on calculations using the profitability ratio analysis, which is not good, where every year it decreases because every year the company’s profit from each asset decreases.
