This research was motivated by the implementation of law number 06 of 2014 regarding the role of village heads in managing village funds in Pauh Angit Hulu village, Kuntan Singingi Regency. The research focuses on the role of the village head in managing village funds in Pauh Angit Hulu village based on law number 06 of 2014 in Kuantan Singingi Regency, the formulation of the problem raised is: 1. What is the role of the village head in managing village funds in Pauh Angit Hulu village in Kuantan Singingi district. 2. What are the factors inhibiting the village head in managing village funds in Pauh Angit Hulu village, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research uses the Observational method, which is research carried out by going directly into the field as a research target to see the conditions or phenomena that occur in the field. Based on the results of the analysis and research, it can be concluded that the role of the Village Head in Managing Village Funds Based on Law Number 06 of 2014 in Pauh Angit Hulu Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency is not running as well as it should. There are factors inhibiting the implementation of the Village Head's role in managing Village Funds in Pauh Angit Hulu village, Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely: (1). there is still a lack of understanding of village fund management by the village head himself, and the human resources are still low from members of the village apparatus. (2). The inhibiting factor in managing village funds in physical development in Pauh Angit Hulu village, Pangean District, is the lack of community participation. In road construction, some people still do not want some of their land to be used in road construction.

This research was conducted in Pesikaian Village, Cerenti District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the community participates in physical development in Pesikaian Village, Cerenti District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. the formulation of the problem in this research is How is Community Participation in Physical Development in Pesikaian Village, Cerenti District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling, namely taking sample members from the population randomly without regard to strata in the population, where the number of informants is 44 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative, which analyzes the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The results of the distribution of the questionnaires show Community Participation in Physical Development in Pesikaian Village, Cerenti District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, resulting in a total average value of 123, which means it is in a fairly good interval, as well as field observations which show that it is indeed good enough. Kuantan Singingi Regency, with all the indicators tested, namely that the whole was quite good, it's just that all village administrations received invitations to attend meetings, so the community did not know there was a meeting.

Leadership style is the way used to lead and influence followers. Leadership style is a typical leader's behavior pattern when influencing subordinates. The background of the problem in this research is to see that to enter or return to work, this happens because the superior's leadership is still not firm in giving sanctions to employees who are not disciplined. This research was conducted at the Koto Taluk Village office, Jl. Ahmad Yani, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Leadership Style of the Head of Koto Taluk Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted in May and June 2023. The number of informants in this study were 6 informants. documentation and triangulation. The results of this study are that the Leadership Styles applied by the Head of Koto Taluk Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency are two of the six Leadership Styles, namely the Charismatic Leadership Style and the Democratic Leadership Style.

Financial technology is a combination of technology and the financial industry which aims to create innovation in financial services and help improve the efficiency and quality of services provided by the financial industry. The first aim of this research is to use the application in paying zakat through the application at Baznas Kuansing by the people of Central Kuantan. The second objective is the perception of the people of Central Kuantan in paying zakat through the BAZNAS Kuansing zakat application. The population in this study was the people of Central Kuantan, totaling 49,702 people. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula was 44 people. The object of this research was the Central Kuantan community. collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques from this research are descriptive qualitative with a percentage formula. The results of this research can be concluded that the perception of the people of Central Kuantan towards financial technology is paying zakat through the BAZNAS Kuansing zakat application. namely the ease of use of Financial Technology for Zakat Payments through the Zakat Baznas Kuansing Application. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tinjauan yuridis pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap anak sebagai pelaku tindak pidana narkotika dalam perspektif sistem peradilan pidana anak (studi kasus putusan nomor 4/Pid.Sus-Anak/2019/PN Tlk). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah jenis penelitian yuridis normatif dengan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan kasus. Bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer, yaitu putusan hakim. Bahan hukum sekunder yaitu undang-undang, buku atau jurnal. Bahan hukum tersier, yaitu kamus hukum dan kamus bahasa Indonesia. Untuk menganalisis data-data yang telah dikumpulkan dilakukan dengan metode induktif. Adapun hasil penelitan yaitu, pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap anak sebagai pelaku tindak pidana narkotika dalam perspektif sistem peradilan pidana anak, Atas perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh Terdakwa anak terbukti bersalah melanggar penyalahgunaan narkotika golongan 1 untuk diri sendiri Pasal Pasal 127 ayat (1) huruf a UU RI No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika jo Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Pertimbangan hakim dalam putusan terhadap pertannggungjawaban anak sebagai pelaku tindak pidana narkotika dalam perspektif sistem peradilan pidana anak, Berdasarkan Putusan Nomor 4/Pid.Sus-Anak/2019/PN Tlk. yakni dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek, yaitu aspek yuridis dan aspek non yuridis, aspek yuridis meliput : Dakwaan Jaksa Penuntut Umum, Tuntutan Jaksa Penuntut Umum, keterangan saksi, Keterangan Terdakwa, dan barang bukti dan aspek non yuridis memperhatikan hal-hal yang memberatkan dan meringankan terdakwa.

Pulau Padang Village is a traditional village where the Village government systematically always coordinates with traditional institutions in Pulau Padang Village to plan and implement development that concerns the needs of the people and the welfare of the Village community. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of physical village development in Pulau Padang Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in the research is how to implement physical development in villages in Pulau Padang Village, Singingi sub-district, Kuantan Singingi district. The data analysis used is Qualitative Descriptive or also called content analysis. This study aims to determinan the application of accounting information systems in the process of ATM transaction used by PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Sub Branch Office Teluk Kuantan. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method, where this used data collection technisques in the form of documentation of observatios and interviews. The results showed that the transaction accounting information system at Bank Syariah Indonesia ATM Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Sub Branch Office Teluk Kuantan was not perfect because there was no computerized security system such as accounting security.

This research was conducted at Telaga Jernih BUMDes, Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District. The aim of this research is to find out how transparent the management of BUMDes Telaga Jernih is, Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in the research is how is the transparency of BUMDes management in Bumdes Telaga Jernih, Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique used by researchers for sampling is purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling is a technique that is used if the sample members are selected specifically based on the research objectives, totaling 7 respondents. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive, through interviews then data reduction, data presentation and then the author draws conclusions. Based on the results of interviews with informants, it can be concluded that the Transparency of Management of Bumdes Telaga Jernih, Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is good, the results of interviews with informants in the field provide information that the Transparency of Management of Bumdes Telaga Jernih Village, Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is good. However, based on the author's observations in the field, Bumdes management is not yet transparent, even though the informant's statement explains that Bumdes are open with Bumdes management as evidenced by the complete data regarding Bumdes and by holding accountability meetings at the end of each year and always inviting the public as a form of transparency to the community, but the author request financial data but are not allowed to copy it.

The One Family One Bachelor Scholarship (SKSS) is an educational fee provided by the National Amil Zakat Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency to students who have good academic potential and are economically disadvantaged (classified as Mustahik) to continue their studies at undergraduate level at universities in the Regency. Kuantan Singingi is like the Islamic University of Kuantan Singingi Regency (UNIKS). However, in this case, BAZNAS Kuantan Singingi Regency, in distributing the One Family One Bachelor Scholarship (SKSS) in 2022, has distributed the One Family One Bachelor Scholarship (SKSS) scholarship recipients to a total of 15 people to 1 subdistrict 1 person. However, when we found it in the field, it turned out that there were sub-districts that did not receive the scholarship program, whereas 15 recipients had been distributed. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. namely finding facts with correct interpretation. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, as well as qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques which are measured by percentages for predicate transfer. The results of this research can be concluded that for Determining Acceptance of the One Family One Bachelor Program (SKSS) by BAZNAS Kuantan Singingi Regency there are several plans in the One Family One Bachelor Program (SKSS) by BAZNAS Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely the SKSS Socialization Stage, Recruitment Stage, Verification and Survey Stage Field work, incomplete file collection stage, written test and interview selection stage, determination of mustahik for SKSS scholarship recipients. However, in determining the SKSS program by Baznas there are several shortcomings, namely: lack of indicators in the assessment for determination in field surveys such as: assessment of house criteria, type of electricity used, dependents, assets owned. Also, the information did not reach the community in 15 sub-districts so that only 13 sub-districts got it even though the number was 15 people in accordance with the SOP for 15 SKSS 2022 people.

This research is motivated by sharia banking financial technology, where the use of technology is increasingly widespread so that it changes the fast paced lifestyle of people, one of which is in the financial sector. In Indonesia, financial technology is developing rapidly, which is very helpful for the process of developing islamic banking in Indonesia. This study aims to determine financial technology literacy in the Kuantan Singingi millennial generation. The population in this study is the Kuantan Singingi millennial generation totaling 78,164 people. Sampling technique with slovin formula, amounting to 44 people. As for data collection techniques with observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation.The data analysis technique of thisstudy is a qualitative description using the percentage formula and using the validity test and reliability test. The results of this study can be concluded that Sharia Banking FinTech literacy in the Kuantan Singingi millennial generation, namely knowledge about sharia banking financial technology with a percentage of 67,28% shows good, while understanding with a percentage of 57,03% shows quite good and its use with a percentage of 45,86% shows not good .

Village assistants are one of the most important jobs in the management of village government, both in the field of village finance, village activities, community affairs and so on. One of the important tasks of the village assistant is supervision of the use of village funds and village society. This research was conducted in Inuman District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the Role of Village Facilitators in Community Empowerment in Inuman District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research. The technique used in collecting informants is purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study were 17 employees and the community at the Inuman District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out in the field, it can be concluded that the role of village assistants in community empowerment in the Inuman sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency, has played quite a role.

Through the Regulation of the Minister of Villages for Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Number 19 of 2017 concerning setting priorities for using Village Funds for 2018 to finance Village Cash Work Intensive. This research was conducted in the village of Teratak Low, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the implementation of the Cash Labor Intensive Program in the Village of Teratak Low, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used in this study was a quantitative research type, the samples in this study were 57 people from the entire population of Teratak Low Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out in the field of Teratak Low Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, it can be seen that the Cash Work Intensive Program in Teratak Low Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is Fairly Good, with the overall value of these indicators, the average value is obtained an average of 3.26 means it is on the Fairly Good interval scale.

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of trust and service quality using the dimensions of reliability, assurance, physical evidence, empathy and responsiveness on increasing customer loyalty at BMT At- Taqwa Muhammadiyah Padang This research is quantitative research which is classified as a type of causality research. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The sample selected was 100 respondents based on the Slovin formula. shows that the majority of respondents answered agreeing that the reliability variable (X1) influences customer loyalty to BMT At- Taqwa Muhammadiyah Padang. The assurance variable (X2) influences customer loyalty to BMT At- taqwa Muhammadiyah Padang. Question item Customers feel safe making transactions at BMT. BMT employees are friendly and polite to every customer. The ability of BMT employees to resolve customer problems is very good and without error, BMT guarantees the confidentiality of customer transactions. The loyalty variable (Y) shows that the majority of respondents answered agreeing that the quality of customer service is a driving force for saving loyalty at BMT At- Taqwa Muhammadiyah Padang. The results of the reliability test in this research show that the variables reliability (XI), guarantee (X2), physical evidence (X3), empathy (X4), responsiveness (X5), and loyalty (Y) have a Cronbach's Alpha above 0.60, which means all measurement concepts for each variable from the questionnaire are reliable or trustworthy. The results of the validity test can be seen that each question item from the variables reliability (XI), guarantee (X2), physical evidence (X3), empathy (X4), responsiveness (X5) is said to be valid because it has r count > r table, and The significance value shows <0.1, so each statement is valid.

Jake Village is one of the villages adjacent to the urban center, where this village is located in Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Community empowerment in utilizing village funds needs to refer to the principles of financial management of village funds in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 113 of 2014 concerning Management of Village Funds with transparent, accountable, participatory and sustainable principles. The entire use of village funds for community empowerment in Jake Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2021 is only around 5.29%. This study aims to determine the use of village funds for community empowerment in Jake Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study was 3,487 people with a sample of 97 people. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the use of village funds in 2021 in community empowerment in Jake Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has not been implemented optimally because only two research indicators have shown quite good results, namely effectiveness and rectification while other indicators include adequacy, equity and responsiveness. classified as not good.

Data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive method using measurement of solvency, liquidity rasio activity and profitability. Based on the results of the study the liquidity ratio in the perod 2019 - 2021 can be said to be not good because the company has difficulty in paying off its curren liabilities by using current assets owned by the company. Based on alowncy in the 2019 - 2021 period, it was quite good where every year experienced an increase, this was caused by the rebdah of corporate spending sourced from loans. Based on activities in the 2019 - 2021 period, it is quite good where every year experiencing an increase in this condition must be maintaned so that the users of the company’s assets are more efective and efficient. While based an profitability in the 2019 - 2021 period both things show an increase in profits or profits that will be generated in the company.

The method used is a sociological approach. where the data collected is not in the form of numbers, but the data comes from interview scripts, personal documents, memo notes and other official documents. The results of the research show that in selecting and appointing female legislative candidates in electoral district 1, Kuantan Singingi Regency prioritizes female cadres who come from party membership. These three political parties have the same difficulty, namely the availability of female legislative candidates who wish to be nominated. The party that was the sample in this study had the same problem in that the party had female cadres but were not willing to be nominated, thus making the party take steps to recruit female legislative candidates from outside the party.

This research aims to examine the influence of human resource capacity, use of information technology, and the government's internal control system on the quality of regional government financial reports (empirical study on OPD Kuantan Singingi Regency). The data for this research were obtained from questionnaire data (primary). The population in this study was all employees of the finance/accounting department at the OPD of Kuantan Singingi district, totaling 78 people. The sampling method was using a saturated sampling technique where the entire population in this study was sampled, so the sample in this study was 78 people who were employees of the finance/accounting department at the OPD of Kuantan Singingi district. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with t test and coefficient of determination. The test tool used is SPPS version 20.

The research results show that, firstly, Human Resource Capacity has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Regional Government Financial Reports with an effect of 0.309. Second, the use of Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Regional Government Financial Reports with an effect of 0.254. Third, the Government Internal Control System has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Regional Government Financial Reports with an effect of 0.161. The coefficient of determination obtained was 0.135 or equal to 13.5%, which means that the magnitude of the influence of Human Resource Capacity, Use of Information Technology, and the Government's Internal Control System on the Quality of Regional Government Financial Reports is 13.5% while the remaining 86.5% is explained by other causal factors originating from outside regression which was not examined in this study.

The importance of accountability aspects in the field of government, including in the field of financial management of results that need to be addressed in entering the autonomy system. The government together with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) encourages accountability for village financial management through the village financial system application (SISKEUDES). This study aims to find out how the analysis of village financial system applications in improving the quality of accountability in order to create good village governance in Pauhranap Village and how the role of village financial system applications in improving the quality of village financial accountability. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely data that is information about the situation as well as the source of the data in the relationship of the problem under study.The resurts showed that, the Village Financial System Aplication in Pauhranap Village has been running well, its use has followed the existing procedures, the Village Financial System has a positive effect on the performance of each village apparatus. Very helpful and easy for Pauhranap Village in the implementation of finanacial management, especially in the four sections of financial management in the Siskeudes application, namely planning, implementation, administration, and reporting.

This study aims to describe and explain the functions of the village consultatif body in Pangkalan Indarung village, Singingi District, Kuanatan Singingi Regency. The considerations that underlien this research, that the village consultative body (BPD) is a solid partner of the village government in developing and prospering the people. It is hoped that the village government and the village consultative body (BPD) can bring progres by providing direction and input in building a better village government, especially in the formulation and enactment of village regulation (Perdes). In the Pangkalan Indarung, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The indicators used are based on low namber 6 of 2014 article 31. The research method used was qualitative with 5 informants who came from the community body BPD . The results of this study found thad the funcion of the consultative body (BPD) in the Pangkalan Indarung village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has not created properly.

The research approach used in this study is a survey research method with a descriptive level and uses quantitative analysis with a sampling technique for PKK elements, namely the Saturated Sampling Technique when all members of the population are used as samples and for community elements using Simple Random Sampling is taking sample members from the population done randomly without showing the existing strata in the population. In collecting data, using primary data and secondary data which is done by means of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The research location is in Pantai Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. From this study where the population and sample of this study were PKK elements and community elements in Pantai Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, as many as 58 people.

The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sumpling method, which is a technique with determining the sample with certain considerations, in which the number of informants is 9 people. The type of research used in this study is Qualitative Research. The research instrument for collecting data is an interview guide. The results showed that strategic efforts to improve the quality of human resources for the Situgal Village office apparatus, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency by increasing intellectual quality (knowledge and skills) and education had not been implemented so that quality human resources were not created.

This research was carried out in Talontam Benai Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how the village head is elected in Talontam Benai Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2019-2025. The formulation of the problem in the research is How to Selection of Village Heads in Talontam Benai Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2019-2025. The sampling technique uses the Simple Random Sampling method, namely taking sample members from the population randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population, where the number of samples for this research was 42 people. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive, namely analyzing data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processing it, and then the author draws conclusions from the results of processing the data. The results of the questionnaire distribution show that the Election of Village Heads in Talontam Benai Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2019-2025 produced a total average score of 125, meaning it was in the quite good interval, as well as observations in the field which showed that the Election of Village Heads in Talontam Benai Village was quite good. As an effort to deal with this economic impact, the Indonesian government has prepared hundreds of trillions of funds to help people affected by Covid, especially the middle and lower class. Some of the programs introduced by the government are divided into two categories, namely non-regular programs and regular programs. One form of assistance is Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) which is budgeted from village funds. This direct cash assistance is a type of direct assistance in the form of Rupiah which is given directly to the poor who are affected by the corona virus. The legal basis for this activity is the PDTT Village Ministerial Regulation No. 6 of 2020 concerning Amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, PDTT Number 11 of 2019 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds in 2020.The targets of this program are non-PKH poor families or Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) who have lost their livelihoods, have not been recorded (exclusion error), and have family members who are prone to chronic / chronic illness. One of the villages implementing the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) activity is Lumbok Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This type of research is qualitative by using interview, documentation, and observation data collection methods. Based on the results of field research, which the researchers obtained through the results of interviews with informants and the results of observations of researchers, the Distribution Analysis of the Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT) in Lumbok Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been going quite well.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence students' interest in choosing the Islamic Banking Study Program at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University and the dominant factors influencing students' interest in choosing the Islamic Banking Study Program at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University.The research was conducted at the Kuantan Singingi Islamic University. This research belongs to the Quantitative research type. The population in this study is Islamic Banking students from the 2019-2022 class. With a total of 56 people and the sampling technique was carried out by using a total sampling technique where the entire population was used as the research sample. Research data collection techniques with observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative, validity and reliability tests. The conclusion from the results of the study The factors that influence students' interest in choosing the Islamic Banking study program are that there are seven factors that influence students' interest in choosing the Islamic Banking Study Program at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University, consisting of a self-motivation/interest factor that influences 20.27%, Factor Ability has an effect of 14.77%, Job opportunity factor has an effect of 15.46%, Environmental factor has an effect of 10.27%, Study Program Promotion Factor has an effect of 10.52%, Parents factor has an effect of 12.04%%, and Finally, the teaching staff (lecturer) factor has an effect of 20.41%. The factor that most dominantly influences students' interest in choosing an Islamic banking study program is the factor of teaching staff (lecturers), which is the factor with the highest percentage, namely 20.41%.

This study aims to determine the performance of the Kuantan Singingi Regency Community and Village Empowerment Social Service in 2019, 2020 and 2021 by using the concept of value for money. In the Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP) of the Social Service for Community and Village Empowerment of Kuantan Singingi Regency, there are several programs/activities whose budget realization has not been maximized from the set budget targets.

The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The sample in this study is Government Agency Performance Accountability Reports (LAKIP) at the Social and Village Empowerment Offices of Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2019, 2020 and 2021. The data sources used in this research are Primary Data obtained from interviews and Secondary Data from Reports Government Agency Performance Accountability (LAKIP) and literature related to research. The analysis technique uses the concept of value for money which consists of elements of economy, efficiency and effectiveness.

The results of the study, namely in terms of the economic ratio of programs/activities carried out by the Social Service for Community and Village Empowerment of Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2019-2021, were declared economical. In 2019 the total program/activity was 93.49%, in 2020 it was 89.70% and in 2021 it was 82.44%. Judging from the efficiency ratio, in 2019 it was stated to be efficient with a total program/activity of 100.54%, in 2020 it was stated to be efficient with a total program/activity of 100.33% and in 2021 it was stated to be balanced efficient with a total of 100 programs/activities .00%. Judging from the ratio of the effectiveness of the performance indicators achieved by the Kuantan Singingi District Community and Village Social Empowerment Office in 2019,2020 and 2021 was declared ineffective with criteria of less than 100% .Reviewed in terms of communityservice, facilities and infrastructure as well as community satisfactionhave been said to be good.

The formulation of the problem in the research is how community participation is in paying land and building taxes (PBB) in Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique used by researchers for Village Apparatus is a Saturated Sample, that is, the entire population is sampled, totaling 6 people, and the sample for the Komang Island Community according to the Tax Payable Notification Letter (SPPT) uses Simple Random Sampling, that is, sampling members from the population is carried out randomly. without paying attention to the existing strata in the population, which is 41 people. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive, namely analyzing data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processing it, and then the author draws conclusions from the results of processing the data. The results of the distribution of questionnaires showing Community Participation in Paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Pulau Komang Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency produced an average value of 126, meaning it is in the Fairly Good interval, and the results of the author's observations are that Community Participation is quite good. In paying land and building tax (PBB), the overall indicators tested are the opportunity given to the community, the community's willingness to participate, and the community's willingness to achieve is quite good.

This study aims to determine the estimated value and ujrah of gold pawning at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah then to determine the effect of estimated value and ujrah on the interest of the Kuantan Singingi community in choosing gold rahn products at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Capem Teluk Kuantan. this type of research is quantitative. The research population is the people of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique used the Probability Sampling technique with a sample of 45 people. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression tests.

The results of this study indicate that the gold appraisal value method used by Bank Riau Kepri Syariah is based on gold Buyback, gold karatase and pawned gold weight. Furthermore, for the amount of financing, Bank Riau Kepri Syariah is based on the gold content so that it sets 18%-90%. Then Bank Riau Kepri Syariah sets an ujrah rate of IDR 6,000 / gram for 1 month based on the weight of gold / jewelry and a maximum period of 120 days. As for the partial effect, the estimated value variable has a positive and significant effect on public interest with a value of (3.546)> t table (2.017). Furthermore, the ujrah variable has a positive and significant effect on public interest with a value of (2.070) >t table (2.017). The informants in this study were 7 people consisting of elements of the village government and elements of the village community. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Standard Operating Procedures for Management of Permits for Compensation Certificates at the Kuantan Hilir Sub-District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique uses the Simple Random Sampling method. Simple Random Sampling is taking sample members from a population that is carried out randomly without regard to the strata in that population. The data is processed using a quantitative descriptive method. Data obtained through, direct observation, questionnaires, and documentation.

In this study the indicators are requirements, procedures, service period, fees/tariffs and complaint handling. The results of the study found that the SOP for obtaining SKGR permits at the Kuantan Hilir sub-district office was still not appropriate. This can be seen from the results of the author's direct observations with the community. Problems were still found when managing SKGR such as the implementation of services that were not on time, lack of cost transparency in managing SKGR. As executors of SKGR permit management activities, employees should have professionalism, be disciplined at work and be able to provide the best service to the community.

The results of the research on the SOP for obtaining SKGR permits at the Kuantan hilir Sub-District Office, Kuantan Singingi District, resulted in an average score of 3,75 which is in a good interval. This is based on the 5 indicators used in this study, namely requirements, service procedures, service period, fees/tariffs, and complaint handling, almost all indicators are good.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the quality of service at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Sentajo Raya District Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the quality of service in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Sentajo Raya District Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique using the area sampling method (cluster sampling) is a sampling technique that is carried out by taking representatives from each existing region/group, in which the number of samples for this study amounted to 43 people. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive, namely analyzing the data obtained from the results of distributing the questionnaires, then processing them, and then the authors draw conclusions from the results of the data processing. The results of the distribution of the questionnaires show that the quality of service at the Community Health Center in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency produces a total average value of 121, which means it is in a fairly good interval, as well as field observations which show that it is indeed good enough. Community Health Center services in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency , with all the indicators tested, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Physical Evidence (Tangibles), all of which are quite good.

This study discusses the implementation of the basic food program in situgal village, Logas Tanah Darat district, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Methods This research uses quantitative methods.The sampling technique used is proposive sampling and incidental sampling. Proposive sampling was used for the heads of sosial services for comonity and village empowerment, sub-district heads of logas tanah darat, along with village heads and situgal village secretaries. Incidental sampling was used for all situgal village communities totaling 617 people, 20 people receiving basic food assistance and the poor who did not receive basic food assistance totaling 16 people.To measure 5 indicators including the target group with an average score of 2,43 which is categorized as quite good, the implemented program has an average value of 3,12 in the fairly good category, the existence of corruption whit an average value of 3,93 in the fairly good category, the human resources with an average score of 3,12 in the pretty good category, and there is no coordination and monitoring with an average score of 3,18. And the recapitulation of all implementation indicators results in 3,15 in the fairly good category. Categorized as good enough on a scale of 2,60-3,39From this study it can be concluded that the implementation of basic food program in situgal village, logas tanah darat district, kuantan singing regency is quite good.

This research aims to determine the effect of Arridha sharia cooperative loans in increasing the income of MSMEs in Pasar Baru Baserah sub-district. The population in this study was 50 MSMEs and the 50 were also the samples. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling and the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The data was analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the SPSS formula. The results of this research show that the procedure for granting credit to the Arridha cooperative uses the 5C principle, Character is the character of the debtor, capacity is the ability to repay the loan, Capital is the capital, condition is the business condition of the prospective recipient and collateral is the assessment of the collateral.

Meanwhile, Cooperative Loans have a significant influence on MSME income in Pasar Baru Baserah Subdistrict. The t table value at the 5% significance level has a t count of 6.323 with a significant value of 0.000 and a B coefficient of 0.634. Thus tcount 6.323 > ttable 2.010 and Pvalue 0.000 < 0.05. So the Ha hypothesis is accepted and H0 is rejected between the loan variable on MSME income in Pasar Baru Baserah Village with an influence level of 0.634 or 63.4%.

This research is a qualitative descriptive research which aims to find out whether the Production Cost Budget can act as a planning and monitoring tool at PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Sei Kuko' Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The data source used in this research is a secondary data source obtained through the intermediary company documents PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Sei Kuko' as well as an interview with the Head of Administration in accordance with the Production Cost Budget as a Planning and Supervision Tool. The results of this research conclude that in planning the budget preparation of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Sei Kuko' has implemented a bottom up system, namely the company involves all departments from the lowest to the highest to provide proposals, ideas and suggestions regarding the next period's budget. However, in preparing it, the company has not classified the production cost budget into three groups according to theory, namely raw material costs, direct labor costs and factory overhead costs. The company's production cost budget does not yet fully act as a tool for planning and monitoring the production cost budget because there are still deviations that exceed the established standards, both favorable and unfavorable deviations.

This research was motivated by the large number of people in Tembilahan District who do not have accounts at Islamic banks and prefer conventional banks as a place for financial transactions, with the community of the Muslim community. This study aims to determine the literacy or understanding of the Tembilahan District Community about Sharia Banking. This type of research is qualitative research. The population in this study is the Tembilahan District Community which amounted to 78,140 people, with sampling using the slovin formula, the researcher obtained 44 respondents who were sampled in this study. With data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. As well as technical data analysis in a qualitative descriptive manner using percentage formulas. The results of this study can be concluded that from the majority of the people of Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency with a percentage of people who are Muslims of 96.92%, but the results of data processing from the distribution of questionnaires and interviews found that the literacy level of the people of Tembilahan District about Islamic banking was only 29%, then respondents in this study said that they did not know what a Sharia bank is and how the operational system is, In addition, respondents did not understand about Islamic Banks that are interest-free but use the principle of profit sharing. Even respondents said they did not understand at all about what Islamic banking is and did not know what the difference between Islamic Banks and Conventional Banks is. It can be concluded that the understanding of the people of Tembilahan sub-district about Islamic banking is not good.

The Indonesian nation entered the era of globalization and advanced democracy and extensive decentralization with the implementation of regional autonomy which aims to bring closer and improve services for the achievement of public welfare. Village funds have always been a priority in village development, every village in Indonesia is currently intensively using village funds intended for village development, both physical development and non-physical development. However, in the management of village funds, there is often confusion and distrust between one another, especially the village head and village officials. With a fairly large amount of village funds reaching one billion rupiah, of course the management of village funds often causes errors and lacks transparency in the management of village funds. One of the villages that experienced this was Danau Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The management of which often causes problems and a lack of openness or transparency in the use of village funds. This type of research is qualitative by using interview, documentation, and observation data collection methods. Data analysis techniques using effectiveness analysis and efficiency analysis. The formulation of the problem in this study is How to Manage Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Fulfilling the Agricultural Needs of the Community of Ketaping Jaya Village, Inuman District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for this study uses saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing data obtained from interviews, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions were drawn. The results of this study can be concluded that the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Fulfilling the Agricultural Needs of the Community of Ketaping Jaya Village, Inuman District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been carried out quite well. This can be seen from the results of interviews with informants in the field which show that the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Fulfilling Community Agricultural Needs is carried out in earnest by managers so that until now BUMDes are still running with agricultural business units, starting from fertilizer to to other completeness items, the manager always makes monthly reports, and with full responsibility makes an accountability report every year.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the productivity of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Munsalo Village. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the productivity of the Village Consultative Body in Munsalo Village is. The sampling technique for village officials uses the Purposive Sampling technique, which is a technique of determining the sample with certain considerations, totaling 7 people, for the community using Simple Random Sampling, which is taking sample members from the population at random regardless of the strata that exist in the population, amounting to 43 people. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative, quantitative, namely analyzing data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processing, and then the author draws conclusions from the results of processing the data, and qualitatively through interviews then data reduction, data presentation and then the author draw conclusions. The results of the questionnaire distribution show that the Productivity of the Village Consultative Body in Munsalo Village produces a total average value of 123 which means it is in the Good Enough interval. The productivity of the Village Consultative Body in Munsalo Village is good, and this result is supported by field observations which show that the Munsalo Village Consultative Body has good productivity and is able to carry out its duties and functions quite well.

The sampling technique for the community in Hulu Kuantan District is 99 people, where the population of the community in Hulu Kuantan District is 8,678 people, so the researcher used a simple random sampling technique to determine the sample. Simple random sampling is a method of taking sample members from a population that is carried out randomly without regard to the strata in that population. This study uses the method of observation, questionnaires and documentation. In analyzing existing data, the authors use quantitative method techniques. However, based on the results of distributing questionnaires that have been carried out regarding the Analysis of Community Satisfaction in Public Services at the Hulu Kuantan Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency, it produces an average value of 3.36, meaning it is in the quite satisfactory interval.

The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the withdrawal of informants using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques that the authors use are interview techniques, observation, documentation, and triagulation. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, then presenting data and finally drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the lurah's leadership role in improving employee performance as an interpersonal role, the role of decision maker and the role of information sources based on Mintzberg's theory plays a significant role.

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a social protection program that provides non-cash assistance to poor families who are designated as beneficiary families (KPM). PKH is a poor family-based program, so that the main targets are families who are economically disadvantaged. PKH is an effort directed at the formation and human resources focusing on aspects of education, health and social welfare. This research is entitled "Analysis of Beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program in Koto Tuo Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency". The sampling technique for the Koto Tuo Kopah Village Head, Koto Tuo Kopah Village Secretary, and PKH Recipient Communities in Koto Tuo Kopah Village used a saturated sampling technique, i.e. all populations were sampled, the number of samples for the Koto Tuo Kopah Village Head was 1 person, the Koto Tuo Village Secretary Kopah 1 person, and for the elements of the PKH Recipient Community in Koto Tuo Kopah Village, Simple random sampling was used, namely taking sample members from the population randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population, where the number of samples for the PKH Recipient Community in Koto Tuo Kopah Village totaled 23 people. The results showed that the analysis of beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program in Koto Tuo Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency produced an average value of 180 meaning it was in the pretty Good interval. This is because of the 3 indicators used in this study, namely Education, Health, and Social Welfare, all indicators show pretty good.

Meanwhile, for people who are users of the service, a probability sampling technique of the type of Simple Random Sampling is used, ie the sampling of members of the population is carried out randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population. In which the number of samples for elements of society who become service users is 124 people. The data analysis method used is inferential statistics, also known as inductive statistics or probability statistics, which are statistical techniques used to analyze sample data and the results are applied to the population. Based on the results of the questionnaire distribution that has been carried out regarding the Community Satisfaction Index in Services at the Pauh Agit Village Head Office, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, the Community Satisfaction Index is at 2.997 which means Dissatisfied. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of KUR Syariah Pegadaian fund distribution in the development of MSMEs in Central Kuantan District This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach carried out in descriptive analysis. The location of the research was conducted at Pegadaian Upc Sei Jering and customers of MSME actors receiving KUR Syariah at Pegadaian Upc Sei Jering. With data sources that are divided into two, namely, primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and documentation. The population of this study amounted to 9766 MSMEs and the sample of researchers amounted to 48 customers. Sampling is carried out by puposive sampling (non-random) method of direct interviews to business actors who utilize credit from Pegadaian.

The results showed that the distribution of People's Business Credit Funds has contributed to the development of MSMEs, as evidenced by 48 customers who have played a role, helping customers who need capital for their business has been fulfilled. And the impact after being given additional capital, businesses owned by 48 customers as many as 35 customers experienced an increase in profits, this was also evidenced by the smooth return of KUR funds that had been borrowed. And 13 other customers did not experience an increase in profit turnover that was not high with an average percentage increase of less than 30%, but their business remained stable. This research aims to determine students' understanding of Islamic bank savings products and determine the influence of students' understanding of savings products on their interest in saving at Islamic banks. The research location was Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam Kampung Baru with a total of 95 samples used. This type of research is quantitative and data collection methods start from observation, questionnaires, interviews to documentation.

The results of the research show that students' understanding of sharia bank savings products is shown by the average value of the student understanding variable being 4.32, which means that the average respondent in the research is that students' understanding of sharia banking is related to their interest in saving at Syariah Bank Teluk Kuantan category. Very good. Students can explain well about sharia banks and students' understanding of sharia bank savings products partially has a positive and significant effect on the savings interest variable of MA PP Nurul Islam students at the Teluk Kuantan Syariah Bank.

This can be seen in the results of the research that has been carried out that the results show that the product understanding variable has a tcount value of 2.002, so it can be seen that tcount > ttable (2.002 > 1.986) or a significant value of 0.048 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that product understanding has a positive effect and significant towards interest in saving in sharia banks. Thus hypothesis H1 is accepted.

This research is a collision to find out the effect of budgetary auditing, Motivation of word and locus of control against the performance of social service employees for community and village empowerment. The type of is causal using a quantitative approatch method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS software version 20.

Research on budgeting participation did not reveal a significant relationship with social service performance for community and village empowerment with a value of 0,106 < 2,048. So the less participation in budgeting in the social quas employee.

But motivation has a significant impact on the social performance of community and village empowerment services has a magnitude of influence of 2,974 > 2,048 and, locus of control has a significant of control against the performance of social service employees for community and village empowerment has a magnitude of influence of 2,700 > 2,048. Recelved an estimation coefficient of 0,132 on 13,2% which means fifth, the influence of participation in budgeting (X₁), the amount of work motivation (X₂), and locus of control (X₃) against the performance of social service employees for community and village empowerment is 13,2%, while the 86,8%, Which is explained by other causative factors originating from outside the regression that was not examined in this study.

The main issues explained by the researcher are as follows: to see how the internal control system implemented by BUMDes Danau Indah is in accordance with the internal control system according to Commite of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO).This type of research is a case study conducted in BUMDes Danau Indah, Bukit Pedusunan Village, Kuantan Mudik District,Kuantan Singingi Regency,Riau.The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The technique of data analysis is the compliance test and conformity with the theory.The results showed that most of the internal control activities of BUMDes Danau Indah were in accordance with the internal control according to COSO. Only two subcomponents that are incompatible, namely those contained in the component of the performance control and monitoring environment.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Kepala Desa Dan Badan Permusyawarata Desa (BPD) Dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa di Geringging Baru Kecamatan Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Terkait dengan ini terdapat rumusan permasalahan yaitu bagaimana pola hubungan pemerintah desa bersama BPD dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa dan faktor yang menjadi kendala pemerintaha desa dan BPD dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa Geringging Baru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah empiris (sosiologi). Kepala Desa Geringging Baru, ketua BPD desa Geringging Baru beserta jajarannya Desa Geringging Baru Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Hubungan Antara Kepala Desa Dan Badan Permusyawarata Desa (BPD) Dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Di Desa Geringging Baru Kecamatan Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi sudah berjalan dengan saling mengisi sebagai mitra dalam menjalankan proses pemerintahan, walaupun belum terlalu efektif hal ini terlihat dalam hal penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, BPD sejauh ini masih selalu mengesampingkan tugasnya dan selalu memilih mementingkan kepentingan pribadinya, tidak adanya pelatihan- pelatihan yang diberikan kepada BPD tentang pelaksanaan peran dan fungsinya dalam pemerintahan desa untuk itu dibutuhkan peningkatan sumber daya manusia dengan pemilihan orang yang tepat untuk duduk dalam pengurus BPD dan dibutuhkan pelatihan-pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para anggota BPD sehingga bisa mengartikan fungsi dan kedudukan di pemerintahan desa.

Role is an assessment of the extent to which a person or group of people functions in a position (status) as part of supporting the efforts of the goals set. One of them is the role of the Head in the Management of BUMDes Bintang Harapan, Teratak Air Hitam Village, Sentajo Raya District, which is one of the leadership positions in Kuantan Singingi Regency.

This type of research is qualitative research, namely for careful measurement of the study of certain social phenomena. In this study, there are two sources of data used, namely primary data and secondary data. To obtain data, researchers conducted observations with parties related to the research location and interviews. The research location was carried out in Teratak Air Hitam Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.

Based on the results of interviews conducted with 16 informants in this study, from the 3 roles of the Head of Teratak Air Hitam Village in the management of BUMDes Bintang Harapan, the Head of Teratak Air Hitam Village has carried out the Regulatory function by making good rules for the development of BUMDes, as a Dynamist he has provided guidance to the management and the community for better management of BUMDes, as well as acting as a facilitator. He has also provided facilities in the form of a place for BUMDes to operate and financing for BUMDes operations, but in fact the role has been carried out but there is no good support from the BUMDes Bintang Harapan, the community is less developed and Impressed walking in place.

This research aims to analyze the influence of information asymmetry, leadership morality, suitability of compensation, effectiveness of internal control, good governance, and organizational justice on the tendency of accounting fraud (case study of the regional financial and asset management agency of Kuantan Singingi district). This research uses a quantitative approach with data sources originating from primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. This research used employees of the Kuantan Singingi Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The sampling technique in this research used a census technique with a total sample of 60 respondents. The results of this research show that information asymmetry, leadership morality, suitability of compensation, effectiveness of internal control, good governance, and organizational justice do not have a positive and significant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud at the Kuantan Singingi Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency.

Inventory accounting system plays an important role to avoid cheating on company assets, especially inventory. With a good inventory system, existing inventory will be protected from possible recording errors or loss of merchandise accounting system applied in the CV Bumigemilang Karya.This study uses a qualitative description research method. Data obtained from the result of Observation, Interviews, and Documentation. The results of this study indicate that merchandise inventory accounting system at the CV. Bumigemilang Karya has been effective. This can be seen from the recording system and valuation method used by CV. Bumigemilang Karya, the PHYSICAL Recording System and the LIFO valuation method.

This research was conducted at the Pantai Village Office, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi District. The purpose of this study is to find out more about how to use information technology in public administration services in Pantai Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used in this study was qualitative research. The informants involved 6 people, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of General Affairs and Village Planning, Head of Welfare and Village Services, 2 Village Office Staff. Primary data sources are taken from interviews and secondary sources are from archives and documents. The focus of research in this thesis is regarding the use of information technology in public administration services at the Pantai Village Office, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi District. Based on the results of research in the field can be known. Utilization of technology The use of technology in public administration services is quite good. Because the technology used by village officials has taken advantage of current technological developments or the latest technology. These results can be seen from the results of interviews with informants in the field which show that the use of information technology in public administration services at the Pantai Village Office, Kuantan Singingi District, is quite good.

This research was conducted in relation to the Development of Tobek Pebaun Tourism Objects in Increasing Village Original Income in Kuantan Mudik District,Kuantan Singingi Regency.the Tobek Pebaun tourist attraction is managed directly by Bumdes Pebaun Hilir.The village of Pebaun Hilir is starting to move towards tourism by building a tourist spot called Tobek Pebaun. Regarding the tourism object development program,it can be proven and explained whether villages that have Bumdes organizations in achieving their work have been going according to the planning or initial objectives effectively and efficiently.The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis with the process of observation, interviews and documentation.Based on the results of the study,it can be concluded that the development of the Tobek Pebaun Tourism Object in Increasing Village Original Income in Kuantan Mudik District,Kuantan Singingi Regency,the results are not good with the number of indicators 3 indicators not yet and 2 indicators already exist.due to a number of things,namely the incompleteness of all facilities for the convenience of visitors,the lack of transparency in Bumdes finances,and because there are already many new tourist.therefore the village government must strengthen promotion and update these tourist attractions so that visitors are more interested visit.

Negara Indonesia memakai azas desentralisasi yaitu pembagian kekuasaan antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah . penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh penerapan peraturan daerah nomor 6 tahun 2012.tentang retribusi pelayanan parkir di tepi jalan umum di kota teluk kuantan adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana implementasi retribusi pelayanan parkir oleh badan pendapatan daerah kabupaten kuantan singingi dan apa saja faktor-faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan retribusi pelayanan parkir di kota teluk kuantan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah sosiologis empiris, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan terjun langsung kelapangan sebagai sasaran penelitian untuk melihat keadaan atau fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan.tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 6 Tahun 2012 tentang retribusi pelayanan parkir di tepi jalan umum di kota teluk kuanrtan Kuantan Singingi dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 6 Tahun 2012 tentang retribusi pelayanan parkir di tepi jalan umum di kota teluk kuantan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Dari hasil penelitian wawancara dan observasi di lapangan penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil dan kesimpulan kebijakan retribusi parkir di tepi jalan umum kota teluk kuantan belum terimplementasi dengan baik yaitu dimana hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian petugas parkir yang memungut tariff tidak sesuai dengan tarif. Tetapi dalam tata cara pemungutan retribusi parkir sudah sesuai karena dalam semua wawancara yang saya lakukan juru parkir sudah menggunakan atribut dalam pemungutan retribusi parkir. kemudian dalam pengawasan dari dinas perhubungan sudah sangat baik namun masih terjadi pelanggaran – pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh juru parkir

This research focuses on implementing the role of the community in helping to eradicate narcotics crime in kuantan singingi district. The type and nature of research used in this research is a normative juridical approach. Data analysis in carrying out this research used qualitative analysis and then the author drew conclusions deductive. The formulation of the problem raised was (1) What is the role of society in helping to eradicate narcotics crime? (2) What are the factors inhibiting the role of the community in helping to eradicate narcotics crimes? Dara sources are secondary and primary data.data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data processing technique is carried out qualitatively, namely by reviewing the data and facts produced or in other words, namely describing the data and sentences that are arranged in detail, systematically and analytically. The results of the research show that the role of the community is in helping to eradicate narcotics crimes in kuantan singingi regency. With a sociological approach used by the community in eradicating narcotics crime in kuantan singingi regency as well as steps such as prevention, action, guidance, treatmen and rehabilitation. Apart from that, the community experiences obstacles such as a lack of knowledge about the types of narcotics and a lack of public interest in attending outreach about the dangers of narcotics and eradicating narcotics crime in kuantan singingi regency. From this research, it is hoped that the community will be active in helping to eradicate narcotics crime in kuantan singingi regency by collaborating with the national narcotics agency of kuantan singingi regency so thaht the eradication of narcotics can be realized as we all want.

The Village Consultative Body (BPD) is an institution that is the embodiment of democracy in the administration of Village Government as an element of Village administration. The function of the Village Consultative Body in accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the community in Lumbok Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has not been carried out well. This research is empirically juridical, with data collection techniques through field research or observation, where the data taken is the result of research from the field. Research carried out in the field examines problems of a qualitative nature, namely research data procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The samples in this research were 61 people, namely 1 BPD chairman, 1 village head, 3 BPD members and 56 people from the Dusun II community. Data collection tools in this research are questionnaires and interviews. The results of this research show that the function of the Village Consultative Body in accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the community in Lumbok Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has not gone well. This is influenced by several inhibiting factors, namely: 1) Human Resources (HR), 2) Level of Education, 3) The community does not understand the function of the BPD, 4) There is no socialization from the Village Government regarding the function of the BPD, 5) Facilities and Infrastructure.

Public diseases or in other words social diseases of society are various forms of actions which constitute social diseases which have disturbed, disturbed peace and order. A situation that is considered inconsistent with applicable legal norms, customs, customs and religious norms. The main problem in this research is how to implement Regional Regulation Number 20 of 2002 concerning Community Diseases (Pekat) in Kuantan Singingi Regency. What are the factors faced in implementing Regional Regulation Number 20 of 2002 concerning Community Diseases (Pekat) in Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research uses empirical juridical research methods, namely research carried out by collecting data through direct interviews with parties related to the research object that the author is conducting, not only based on library research. The research location is at the Civil Service Police Unit Service, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results obtained in this research are that the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 20 of 2002 concerning Community Diseases (concentrated) in Kuantan Singingi Regency has gone quite well, in a preventive and repressive manner. Efforts to prevent prostitution and alcoholism are carried out in the form of patrols, outreach and appeals. The form of appeal made by Satpol PP is in the form of an outreach campaign, monitoring and law enforcement against related violations. Repressive Efforts Repressive efforts against acts of prostitution include various law enforcement actions and policies aimed at controlling the practice of prostitution. Repressive efforts against alcohol can include various law enforcement actions and policies aimed at controlling and reducing the consumption of alcoholic beverages. And the inhibiting factors include leaking information about raids, lack of public awareness, locations that are difficult to reach, lack of public care and awareness and the absence of rehabilitation homes.

Public service is a completion of official duties carried out by employees to achieve a goal in accordance with the guidelines set by the agency. This research was conducted at the Inuman District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Optimization of Public Services at the Inuman District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research, the author determines the entire population as a sample. The technique used in collecting the sample is purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study were 23 employees and the community at the Inuman District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out in the field, it can be seen that public services at the Inuman Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency, are quite optimal.

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the implementation of public service standards and barriers at the Seberang Taluk Village office, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection techniqves that the authors use in this study are using descriptive qualitative methods, namely data analysis techniques by describing the data and facts found in the field, with this method the author describes and deciphers the words obtained, where the writer then analyzes the data and relates it to theory then draws conclusions and suggestions.the focus of this research is to analyze the administrative function of the village government in improving public services in Seberang Taluk village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The data sources used are primary and secondary data.
