Kesadaran Lingkungan Pekerja di Bandar Udara Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru, Riau

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesadaran lingkungan karyawan yang bekerja di bandar udara Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi melalui kuisioner dengan skala linkert. Adapun pengukuran Skala Likert sebagai berikut: 1. Sangat tidak setuju; 2. Tidak setuju; 3. Netral; 4. Setuju; 5. Sangat Setuju. Kuisioner diarahkan kepada 30 responden berupa karyawan bandara SSK II yang bekerja dibawah PT.Angkasa Pura, dan dari latar belakang departement yang berbeda. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan hasil bahwa kesadaran lingkungan karyawan di bandara SSK II tergolong sedang dengan nilai 53,3%. Dari variabel masa kerja memiliki interaksi yang signifikan positif dengan karyawan bandara SSK II dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 59%. Nilai R2 menjelaskan bahwa semakin senior suatu karyawn di bandara SSK II, maka kesadaran lingkungannya juga kan semakin tinggi, begitu juga dengan sebaliknya.Downloads
