ANALISIS STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA AGROINDUSTRI TAHU DI DESA TEBING TINGGI KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI (Studi Kasus Pada Usaha Agroindustri Tahu Pak Iskandar)

Abstract

This study aims to determine internal factors, external factors and analyze the strategy of tofu Agroindustry business development in Tebing Tinggi Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi District. This research was conducted for six months starting in March to August 2019. The research was conducted on the tofu agro-industry businessman, Mr. Iskandar in Tebing Tinggi Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results showed the Development Strategy analysis showed the results on the EFE matrix with the total weight score owned by Mr. Iskandar's tofu agro-industry amounted to 3.29 in total IFE score of 3.51 and the SWOT matrix showed the strategy position was in quadrant I (Growth). From the results of the analysis of the strategy of developing agro-industry know Mr. Iskandar is worthy to be developed.
