Abstract

Target of research that is to know Respon growth of lime eksplan (Citrus aurantifolia L) with giving various plantain extract concentration and active charcoal at media of MS. This Research have been executed in Laboratory of Bioteknologi Crop Faculty Of Agriculture University Islam of Riau, Time Research during 3 months from April up to June 2019. Device which used in this research Complete Random Device (RAL) Factorial consist of 2 treatment level (A = active charcoal and B = plantain extract) by 3 times;rill of ulangan.Yaitu : A0 ( Without Treatment), A1 ( Active Charcoal 0,1 g / l), A2 (Active Charcoal 1 g/l), A3 (Active Charcoal 1,5 g/l), and B0 (Without plantain ektrak), B1 (Extract Plantain 25 g/l), B2 (Extract Plantain 50 g/l), B3 (Extract Plantain 75 g/l). Pursuant to result of research of giving various plantain extract concentration singlely have an effect on to all parameter perceived, where best treatment there are B2 with age mean emerge bydm soriyt 17,83 day, amount of tunaas 2,00 piece of, bydm soriyt length 2,50 cm, amount of root 1,75, long of root 1,78 cm. for treatment various active charcoal concentration have an effect on reality to all perception parameter, with best concentration A2 with age mean emerge bydm soriyt 20,67 day, amount of bydm soriyt 2,00 piece of, bydm soriyt length 1,93 cm, amount of root 1,50, long of root 2,11 cm. interaction between Various plantain extract concentration and active charcoal have an effect on reality to all perception parameter with best treatment A2B2 (giving of active Charcoal 1 g/l plantain extract and l 50 g/l) that is age emerge bydm soriyt 14,00 day, amount of bydm soriyt 3,00 piece of, bydm soriyt length 3,00 cm, amount of root 3,00, long of root 3,60 cm.
