ANALISIS BREAK EVENT POINT DAN NILAI TAMBAH GULA AREN DI KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
This research was conducted in Benai district, Kuantan Singingi regency from March to September 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the break event point and added value of palm sugar craftsmen in Benai District, Kuantan Singingi District. The results of the study are break event point with an average total cost of Rp 120.904,52 / production, so they must produce an average of 4,53/kg with a selling price of Rp 26.66,67/kg in order to break event. Break event point prices with an average cost of Rp 120.90,52/ production if producin average palm sugar as much as 5,63/ kg the selling price offered ti consumers is Rp 21.494,14/ kg in order to break event point.
