PEMBERDAYAAN MAHASISWA MENGHADAPI REKRUTMEN KERJA MELALUI PELATIHAN DAN SIMULASI JOB INTERVIEW
Abstract
Kemampuan mahasiswa untuk menghadapi proses rekrutmen kerja masih menjadi masalah, terutama dalam hal kemampuan mereka untuk wawancara kerja. Banyak mahasiswa berprestasi tinggi, tetapi mereka gagal menyampaikan potensi mereka dalam proses seleksi agar mampu bersaing. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberi mahasiswa kesempatan untuk berlatih dalam wawancara kerja dan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka untuk bekerja. Hasil dari kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu simulasi wawancara kerja berbasis praktik, menunjukkan bahwa peserta lebih memahami metode wawancara dan lebih percaya diri untuk memulai proses rekrutmen. Diharapkan program ini akan meningkatkan persaingan lulusan di tempat kerja
