Analysis of Zakat Collection Services In Muzakki in Amil Zakat Nationsl Agency

             This research based on a system of zakat collection services on muzakki in BAZNAS Kuantan Singingi Regency which must be supported by excellent sevice. Quality services will achieve the goals of an institution with increasing muzakki who pay zakat in BAZNAS Kuantan Singingi Regency. BAZNAS is a non structural institution thas has the role of collecting, managing and delivering zakat, infak and shadaqah. This type of research including, field research conducted in district BAZNAS Kuantan Singingi to get valid data. The authors used data collection methods namely observation and interviews. The data sources. After the data is collected, the authors analyses using descriptive method and uses a qualitative approach. This research concluded, in the zakat collection service did by BAZNAS Kuantan Singingi Regency was in accordance with the standard operating quired excellent measurd by 5 dimensions, namely: tangible, reability, assurance. Responsiveness, and emphaty for each servicw given to muzakki.
