PENEGAKAN HUKUM PENAMBANGAN EMAS TANPA IZIN BERDASARKAN PERATURAN BUPATI NOMOR 7 TAHUN 2008 DI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
Regent Regulation Number 7 of 2008 was issued before the issuance of Kepmen 1095k / 30 / M / 2014 could not be implemented, because the determination of new mining areas was issued in 2014. This means that if the Kuantan Singingi Regency Government issues or issues permits for community mining, before the issuance of Keptem 1095k / 30 / M / 2014 can be canceled or in other words legally flawed because the people's mining areas have not been determined by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
