Abstract

Abstract

            This research is about the management of waqf in Marsawa Village which has 4 waqf lands. However, out of the 4 waqf lands, only 1 can be developed or productive. Management of waqf in Marsawa Village is managed by the Muhammadiyah Organization in Marsawa Village. This research uses data collection methods, namely observation and interviews conducted on April 13 to May 20, 2019, with data sources from the chairman and treasurer of the Muhammadiyah organization, Mr. Pardomuan Batu. Bara and Mr. Fathkur Rozi. After the data collected, the authors analyzed using descriptive methods and using a qualitative approach. The conclusion of this research is that the management of waqf for oil palm plantations in Marsawa Village is carried out by caring for and distributing the oil palm plantations to finance the salaries of TK and TPA teachers in Marsawa Village and also for the needs of the oil palm plantations, as well as factors that hinder the management of waqf. productive is due to limited Funds and Nazir managing waqf as a side worker. The welfare achieved by the Muhammadiyah Organization is that it can increase the income of Kindergarten and TPA teachers, and increase job vacancies
