Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the income and efficiency level of the compost fertilizer business at the thechnology transfer center and the devilment of the andalas university agricultural area lembah gumanti sub district solok district. Determinan of the sample where the research was carried out was carried out by purposive. Respondent is head of the field at the center for technology transfer and agricultural development in andalas university lembah gumanti sub district solok district. The method used is the analysis of income and efficiency analysis. Based on research results in the fild known production costs of Rp. 2.006.586,06/production.With a production output of 3348 Kg/production.With gross income Rp. 3.348.000/production, and net income Rp.1.341.431,94/production. Efficiency value 1.67 which means that compost fertilizer business is feasible. It means that for every 1 rupiahs issued can receive 1.67 rupiahs and 0.67 rupiahs profit.
