ANALISIS USAHA AGROINDUSTRI KUE BROWNIES DI DESA LUAR PARIT KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in the outer trench village of kuantan tengah subdistrict, kuantan singingi district, this study aims to determine the amount of revenue, business efficiency R/C ratio and to determine the production BEP and price BEP in the brownies Cake Agroindutry business in the results of this study indicate that brownies cake business revenue of Rp 1.219,578, each time the production process with a total cost incurred of Rp 4, 180,422 which is provided from fixed costs the R/C value of 1,29 meaning that brownie cake business revenue of Rp 1,219,578,- each time the production process whit total cost incurred of Rp 4.180,422 ,- which is provided prom fixed costs, the R/C Value of 1.29 , meaning that each cost 1 rupia is issued , then an income of 0.29 rupia is obtained or break event point whit a total cost of Rp 180,422,- then it must produce 116 Kg with a salling price of 36,000 in order to reach the break event point . break evebnt point with a cost of 4,180,422 if producing 150 Kg brownie cakes, the selling price offread to comnsumers is Rp 27,869.
