Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study examines the dynamics of the Constitutional Court's interpretation of the conditions for not being convicted of a local leaders candidate. This research is a legal research that uses a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a comparative approach. This study shows that there is a dynamic requirement for ex-convicts to advance in local leaders elections. Even this dynamic is also colored by dissenting opinions.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mengkaji dinamika tafsir Mahkamah Konstitusi tentang syarat tidak dipidana calon kepala daerah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum yang menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan perbandingan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dinamika syarat mantan narapidana maju di dalam pemilihan kepala daerah. Bahkan dinamika inipu juga diwarnai dengan pendapat yang berbeda.
