PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP WISATAWAN DI FISTIVAL PACU JALUR KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI DILIHAT DARI UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 10 TAHUN 2009 TENTANG KEPARIWISATAAN
Abstract
The Pacu Jalur Festival is a rowing competition on the river using a long boat made of tree wood. Pacu Jalur in its form is indeed a cultural product and a unique art work which is a combination of elements of sports, art, and inner work. Legal protection and security while in tourist attractions are certainly an important part to pay attention to. The regulation of legal protection guarantees legal certainty. It is stated in Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism and Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Tourism Law must be able to reach a solution If the problem has been resolved, then the development of the Pacu Jalur festival in Kuantan Singingi Regency can show significant benefits for tourism in Kuantan Singingi Regency
