Abstract
The consequence arising if the Visum et Repertum differs from the recognition given by the Defendant is that the admission can be withdrawn if the Defendant is proven to have given a false confession, while regarding Visum et Repertum itself, a re-examination can be carried out if there is an objection from the legal advisor or the confession given by the defendant. can be proven clearly. However, the re-examination must be carried out by the same agency with a different composition of personnel or by another agency having the authority to do this. These things are done based on the experience and knowledge of the Judge himself.
